Nokia告苹果，又不影响Nokia出货，还能拖死？
Nokia是不行了，但可不是被苹果废了，是被Android在中低端
上整垮了。08年的时候Nokia还活得好好的。
谷歌用的Java系统是Apache Harmony，根本不是谷歌写的。
Oracle之所以能告他，是因为当年Sun不把TCK开源，换句话说，
Sun愿意授权IBM，不愿意授权Apache Harmony，是故意的，怕得

53我用了免费的，没买笔刷
如果论类似风格的，简单的，artstudio就是一个典型的例子
53的确做的比较好看，路线类似于penultimate那种走简单化，所以充其量也就是个
sketch工具，完全没法跟inspire pro这些比
你要喜欢素描风格的sketch，强烈推荐livesketch HD或者qvik sketch pro
这个理念才叫好玩，贴一个昨天花2min画的
后来买了3个基于harmony笔触算法的app以后才发现网页版是完全免费的
需要支持html5的浏览器打开（chrome，safari等）
有兴趣可以试试

盒子可以刷视频聚合平台，一般都只支持android，可以用遥控器。好多固件已经很成熟
htpc没法装，唯一可以用的xbmc，插件还总是出问题，常常没法看，morefun基于xbmc
平台，虽然有维护，但bug还是很多 |

，是Apache写的代码。Oracle告它恰恰是因为API接口一样。而法官最后也是直接判了
API接口不被保护。
所以不管Oracle如何现在已经搞不死Java。最差从Harmony直接fork一个出来就是。 |

oracle现在主力力气在拉拢ibm对付apache的harmony项目上
必欲除之而后快，拉拢ibm去做openjdk
apache被搞得怒而退出了jcp
但是少了ibm支持的harmony难成大器
这多少也说明了仅靠开源的怕是也难有什么作为
最终一个东西的推广还需要开源＋商业公司的通力合作才行

成理论》吗? 新来乍到，多有不知，聊发刍议，存异勿怪。
窃以为该文中论及电影同戏剧的关系时，对戏剧性的定义不太明确并
似乎有些狭隘。戏剧表现技术上的特点应该是它外在的特征，或者从
审美的角度来说，我觉得表现技术的外在的特征是艺术品的形式而不
是戏剧性的内容，在这一点上似乎完全否定戏剧同电影之间的联系是
不太恰当的，因此可能涉及到这一小节的标题中全称否定的适当性。
其次，论及音乐时，旋律（或许主题“theme”更为恰当）中两个或
数个音符的时值关系应该是音乐基本表现手法之一，节奏就建立在这
个时值的关系基础上的。尤其是在调性和声（Tonal Harmony，区别
于和声节奏更接近吟咏的Modal
Harmony）中，等时值的基本节拍（isometric beat）是和声表现力
