我今年也在遭遇签证的问题，碰到了才真的体会到是个事儿，天天都在想，很愁。我希

他是科学家的思维，我们大多是工程师思维，他总是尝试想从本质出发去分析问题，而

一定拿一个纸本子（最好是有硬板子垫底的那种），一支笔， 在构想的时候比比划划
！！！
这个两方面： 一方面对自己学习有理清思路，另一方面面试的时候这是一模一样的
为什么用本子不用打印纸呢？ trust me it does make a big difference: 本子可以
一页页往下翻，回头还可以找history, 翻得话没有空间限制， 用纸的话很快写满，然
后就开始往犄角旮旯
凑，就会阻碍画出更清晰的图。
画关于矩阵的题， 一定一定要画出小格子，当前pointer （i,j, 之类） point 到响
应的
格子上。矩阵经常是多1少1 就错的。
设计题。 一定一定！ 不光画图画方框。 一定要一条一条画提纲,比如，
“我们要设计一个k-v store "
那你就跟它说，” ok , 这个系统分几大部分“

看来遇到同道中人了，对的，其实前端也有system design的，前端的要求是完美，很
多bug其实是cross browser issue 或者responsive造成的，不是code 自身的问题而是
browser不同定义，参数和handler造成的不同，举个简单的例子，同样是table，在IE
上和其他browser显示会不同，和多层DOM Element 叠加就有可能造成巨大不同。
server response time 非常重要，因为前端控制不了但是必须考虑在内。有些browser
对同一时间的http 请求是有限制的，超过会crash，基本上我想说的这位朋友都说了。

并且会在修后提供修理完成的收据....
原文:
As agreed upon the seller will have the pvc pipes for the air conditioner
handler sealed appropriately by a licensed a/c company to prevent possible
leaks as stated in the inspection report.
A receipt showing the works completion will be provided to the buyer.
既然没说让我们付钱,就可以签字了.:)

Unless you have heat pump, your outside unit will only run in summer time
when you are running AC (空调). In winter time you only run heater, I am
assuming you have FAG.

Assume it is a heat pump, and both outside condenser and indoor air handler
is not running, chance are your control board is bad or your thermostat is
bad. Post picture of the controler board first.
There should be a little panel open switch on the edge, hold that in with
your hand and take an as detail picture as possible, it should have some
light that is on, at least one showing the power to the board.

后面的标签，楼上的空调最小20，最大25，他们按的是20，所以从来没问题。
楼下空调FUSE 最小30，最大40，结果他们给按的BRAKER是20，所以空调开一会就跳闸
，这次彻底不行了。这个电工真够差的，给BUIDLER打电话了，他说一会给回。 看来有
问题要及时找他们，现在过了2年了多，也不知道还管不管，实在不行只能自己找人修
了。或者大牛介绍一下经验怎么自己换BRAKER? 怕的是电线烧坏了。

condenser is 220V, on a dedicated large double breaker, 20A to 50A dependin on the size. Your inside air handler (fan) run on 120V, most likely on a 15A to 20A
breaker, your control board on DC current (12V to 24V depending on the
system from a transformer). Some builder use too small a breaker that could cause problem.
When you turn your thermostat fan from auto to on, the fan should run, and

制楼下的空调。 每个空调的外机和阁楼上的压缩机？都是Electrical Panel里的一个
开关控制。 要是那个坏了， 俩个都转不了。楼上的那个大的压缩机自己另带一个
breaker, 60A的， 那个没跳。 显然要跳也是先跳 Electrical Panel 的那个 20A 的。
Sigh, 想当年也是物理奥赛集训选手， 现在连空调的保险丝都找不出来。至于那个以
前物理不及格的 IA8888, 您就歇歇别发贴添乱了。

I can not think of one situation where this kind of hybrid setup could be useful (or make financial sense). Guess it would depend on your local unit price for gas and electricity.

你先把空调的闸断了（室外靠compressor那里一个，air handler那里
看看有没有，总闸也看一下）。
