发帖数: 4125 | 2 I am not aware of rheelms brand (maybe you are in Australia, that could explain why you are try to use 空调 right now) , but I know a Rheem brand in US, they should have 5 year warranty.
Your problem could be very small and simple or very big, provide more info,
maybe a picture of the controller board, they usually have a few led lights
on it to help trouble shoot.

ex: 室内温度 65 设定温度 62 这样就不 work
室内温度 65 设定温度 67 这样才会 work

controller board没问题。 温度设置也没问题。
可能和BT使用有关系
只开楼下的空调， 楼上的不开。空调经常关掉， 还老要开门窗透气。不管天气多冷，
也坚持要开门窗透气。 经常把屋里温度搞得和外面差不多。 然后开一个空调。 这种
BT做法，以前开的时候就经常跳闸。 这次倒是没跳闸， 就是啥动静都没了。这个空调
是不是哪里还有保险丝和其他保护装置啊。 |

没有就是坏了。
更可能是air handler blower motor或者blower控制坏了。 |

厉害，把楼上的保险盒给烧坏了，空调就没电了。后来又重新接了电线才好的。实在不
行就找个人来看看吧。

I am asking to check to see the fan is running when you switch from auto to
on, it is for the inside fan, you can either hear it run or if you put your
hand in front of the vents you can feel room temp air come out.
Check that and report back, and why is it so hard for you to post a few
pictures if you are asking people here to help you trouble shoot.

我的是阁楼里空调那个大铁箱子旁边的继电器错位了，导致电路连接不上，拿手扳了扳
正过来就好了。（动手前建议断闸）

Assume it is a heat pump, and both outside condenser and indoor air handler
is not running, chance are your control board is bad or your thermostat is
bad. Post picture of the controler board first.
There should be a little panel open switch on the edge, hold that in with
your hand and take an as detail picture as possible, it should have some
light that is on, at least one showing the power to the board.

后面的标签，楼上的空调最小20，最大25，他们按的是20，所以从来没问题。
楼下空调FUSE 最小30，最大40，结果他们给按的BRAKER是20，所以空调开一会就跳闸
，这次彻底不行了。这个电工真够差的，给BUIDLER打电话了，他说一会给回。 看来有
问题要及时找他们，现在过了2年了多，也不知道还管不管，实在不行只能自己找人修
了。或者大牛介绍一下经验怎么自己换BRAKER? 怕的是电线烧坏了。

condenser is 220V, on a dedicated large double breaker, 20A to 50A dependin on the size. Your inside air handler (fan) run on 120V, most likely on a 15A to 20A
breaker, your control board on DC current (12V to 24V depending on the
system from a transformer). Some builder use too small a breaker that could cause problem.
When you turn your thermostat fan from auto to on, the fan should run, and
you can turn the switch from heat

If they did it right, double pole for outside unit (220V), single pole for
inside unit (110V). Some heat pump have EM heating that is also on 220V, so
could be just one, but usually 2.
还有，那里知道2个BRAKER
? 我在PANEL里面只发现一个BRAKER FOR 楼下的空调。在这个20的下面是HWH，倒是给
装的30，是不是他们装反了。这个HWH也不知道是啥呀
Hot Water Heater (30A is correct depending on your tank size and recovery
rate)

good any more, but a picture is worth a thousand words)
Take a picture of the panel and you can draw a arrow or circle on the
picture if that will help explain.
I have not seen circuit breaker that is not in the panel (自己另带), so take
a picture of that. I think what you are talking about is called service
disconnet, some area in US require this by code, so your AC service man will
know for sure power is off when he does the

把电闸合上， 一个环节一个环节的往下查，每个点测两种状态，控制器on/off, 这样
你就可以区分哪些是常闭的，哪些是受控的。一直查到没电的地方， 再回去找它上面
的那个器件是不是坏了。
我空调上的那个继电器坏了就这么找到的。
建议带上绝缘手套。

家里没有万用表， 电笔也没有。 要不然很好判断。
最终原因查明。 builder 原来负责的那个老莫来查了下。 首先换了 breaker, 由 20a
换到30a. 结果还不行。 打到 emergency heat 也不 work. 然后老莫打电话和真正的
电工商量了会，结果和我的判断一致，是阁楼上那个像双层保险柜的那个大玩意（压缩
机？)不但盒子外面有一个 60a 的 breaker, 拆开盒子里面还有一个保险丝。 那个保
险丝烧了。 于是买保险丝。 意外的是接上以后再开马上保险丝又 TMD 立马断了。 老
莫又和电工火线联络。 然后又出去了会， 估计是到室外机那鼓捣了一下。 回来又弄
个新的保险丝。 问题解决了。
现在换车库里的 breaker 和换楼上保险丝这类活我是没问题了。 就是不知道他后来出
去鼓捣的是啥？ 不过也有可能是老莫第一次上的那个保险丝买功率低，后来拿了个大
的就没事了。
