，你要model一个东西就意味着你其实是在寻找一个你认为合适的描述你观察到的现象
的语言。这种描述有多么逼近真实是很难说的，金融不像物理，物理中起码大家认为有
个客观规律在那里等着你去发现。金融里面有没有啥客观规律都是个问号。这样就标志
着你观察到的东西是客观的还是带有一定的主观因素，这个都很难说的。另外，即使你
观察到的东西是客观的话，那么你用来描述你的"客观“现象的model有多么客观这个也
很难说。这个就是你所说的，基本上你想要什么结果就可以给你fit出什么结果。就是
说，没有一个universal的model能”客观“的去干任何你想干的事情。
model无用论，我个人认为是有点过了。但是也不能太夸大model的作用。无论你用的东

美国国会改选，共和党赢得压倒性胜利！不仅保住了众议院的多数党地位，而且夺回了
参议院，从目前已开出票数看，共和党至少赢得53席！从而成为参院的多数党！
美国有100名联邦参议员，任期六年，每次改选三分之一，以保持参院运作的连续和稳
定性；435名联邦众议员每两年改选一次。两者都可连选连任，没有任期限制。
这次参院改选36席，选前共和党是少数党，只有45席，现增至53席。另有1席也会被共
和党赢得，总数将达54席。等于把选前的民主党55席、共和党45席的局面几乎颠倒了过
来！
这“另外一席”是在路易安那州，该州选举结果∶民主党候选人拿到42%，对手共和党
拿到41%，茶党候选人14%。按该州规定，首轮得票率无人过半，就要举行第二轮选举。
茶党候选人的票在第二轮选举时多是共和党候选人的，所以这个席位基本可确定是共和
党的（12月6日第二轮选举）。
这次参议员选举，令人瞩目的是布什内阁的华裔劳工部长赵小兰的丈夫、参院少数党领
袖麦康纳尔在肯塔基州的选情。他已是五届参议员（近30年），这次寻求连任，受到民

percent of all non-citizens voted illegally in the 2008 presidential
election, and 2.2 percent in the 2010 midterms.

的常用方法。这个，是必须要用人海＋电脑海战术解决的。这其实相当于搞
实验科学的，只不过是数值实验而已。

（由此得名“叮当邮件”），将房子和贷款一并抛弃。
直到不久以前，大西洋彼岸的人们对这个概念几乎一无所知。在爱尔兰这样的国家，个
人很难完全甩开债务，即使在发生违约后也是如此。
然而，霍诺汉本月在国际货币基金组织(IMF)的一场辩论中透露，爱尔兰一些按揭贷款
提供者推出了“无追索权”贷款，让它们有权在出现违约的情况下收回房产，但无权追
