刚古狗了一下，汽油长期存放会变质，氧化分解出有害物质， Stabilizer这东西可以
有助于保鲜、抵消氧化分解的有害物质、清洁油路。

假设burpee每天持续10分钟。一天消耗热量大约120大卡。不间断坚持一整个月，消耗
热量大约3600大卡，body fat最多减少1lb
不过很可惜，会员坚持了两分钟就实在坚持不下去了。消耗热量 2 * 12 = 24大卡
这时最搞笑的来了，教练拿出了一包小熊糖gummy bear，每个小熊糖热量8大卡，会员
刚刚气喘吁吁拼尽全力的2分钟训练，消耗的热量 = 3个小熊糖。如果会员把一整包都
吃掉，甚至还会出现很大一块calorie surplus
这就很好的展示了，营养计划、饮食计划永远是fat loss最重要的一点。不论任何减脂
计划都不可能绕过这一点，因为不可能有任何一种训练计划可以弥补糟糕的饮食计划。
不要抱有任何幻想，花最多的精力安排饮食营养计划，是开始一个fat loss项目最理想
