似的事情怎么办？
user group
file1 rwxrwx--- user1 group1
file2 rwxrwx--- user2 group2
我想让另外一个user3可以访问file1和file2，就做不到是么？除非把group1和group2
换成用一个group？我是想如果一个文件可以属于多个group，就灵活多了。否则对于
user和group多而且文件权限结构复杂的服务器，岂不是很麻烦？我没有这方面的经验
，欢迎指教。 |

To change the group id to the supplementary group, use
newgrp.

解信息，总比闷头在实验室里要好。我请大家支持，一不要你的钱，二不要你出力，无

第二我希望是建一个都是由中国人组成的group，大家可以相对随便些。话题也可以比
较随意。行业信息，找工作的信息，海归的信息，都可以。虽然是在美国混，可是我还

我对corporate strategy 很感兴趣, 突然发现goldman有一个group就叫firmwide
strategy的, 不知道做的东西和咨询公司给corporate做的东西是不是一样. 如果不同,
有哪些不同呢?
另外, 我在网上能找到的资料来看, 貌似这一支group主要是为M&A 做support的, 研究
竞争者, 做resesarch, 确定M&A的target. 不知道我的理解对不对. 另外这一支group
相当于IBD里面的其他group来说, 进去的难度有多大呢?

and I have a data point A1 in group A and a data point B1 in group B. The
distributions of group A and B are not known and are different.
Is there any way I can compare which point deviates larger from its group
center(mean or median)?
Assume there is no outlier, we can use (A1-mean_A)/(standard_deviation_A) .
But, I don't think we can compare the # for A1 and B1 since they are from
different distribution, can we?

貌似这里的人也都不了解这个group. 不过还是多谢各位积极参与讨论. anyways, 我应
该不太可能拿到他家面试的. 所以还是pass好了. 不过还是想表达一下对这个group做
的工作的不同看法.
首先firmwide strategy group是在finance底下的, 而strat是在securities底下的.
基本的放狗搜索我还是会的, 只是想更多的了解他们做的工作着实不容易.

做交流关于本BBS的信息之用, 原打算再过几天如果BBS还不开的话,
就到处去宣传这个Yahoo! group, 吸引大家上这个group来玩的.
现在看来暂时用不着了. 不过俺觉得保留这么个信息渠道还是挺好
的. 站长可以考虑一下开一个类似的论坛, 或者就用俺开的这个,

短的3个小时，加入了16个成员。不过刚刚来看一下，发现帖子不在了。不知道是系统
出错还是其他。不管如何，我再贴一个。希望更多有孩子的faculty同仁能够看到。

GSU / 4 years + $50k sign-on + relocation package. 暂时没问级别，对即将毕业的
学生应该是T4，目前计划2017年1月入职。
想咨询下版友几个问题：
1. 目前还在总部内group matching，不知道是需要完成group matching才能签，还是
可以签了之后慢慢做group matching（在入职前完成即可）？group matching会影响之
后的数字吗（比如如果最后想去Seattle或者NYC）？前几天初步问了一下总部特别感兴
趣的组似乎都没有head count...之前主要做machine learning和computer vision，跟
小蜜说是坚持要找做这两个方向的组（最好偏向研究），要是有谁在这样的组求站内信

个人之间group的交集。group可以在最大的专业网络中帮你解决各种疑难问题。如果你
