1）统计数据几乎没有用，因为十年前甚至四年前的统计数据，和该案的原告是否被歧

发帖数: 1995 | 28 昨天去店里把cable 都调了一下，后面的档换起来平滑很多，再也没有上坡掉链子或者
挂不上档的情况了。又花了25块钱把在ebay上买的25块钱的带cadence的 bicycle
computer装上了。
在店里看到今天我们county有group ride,今天早上就跑去凑热闹。
报名的时候问我去骑多少mile的组，最多的是45mile。我一直是通勤，从来没一次骑过
这么远，选了一个次远的，25mile。
出发的时候才发现同组都年龄偏大，（更没什么hotties）。车从二战时期到21世纪都
有。车型更是庞杂。下次应该去45迈的组。
天公作美，气温不高，非常舒适。活动组织的很好，骑骑停停，半个多小时，就停下来
补充点香蕉，水什么的。在马路上leader还会停下来帮我们挡住traffic。中间经过我
们county一个公园，以前从来没去过，风景极好。group速度不快，所以可以从容欣赏
周围的风景。也不吃力，如果能跟一个hottie边骑边谈谈人生理想就更好了。
最后看了下computer平均速度10迈。呵呵。

bike, learn how to handle the bike, and get to know your strengths/
weaknesses.
Once you are confident on the bike and you know your limits, THEN go to a
group ride. Pick one that rides slightly faster than your comfortable solo
speed. So, suppose you can comfortably average 16 mph, try a group that
averages 17-18 mph.

一点拍在我的前轮上。另一次上坡时前面的人掉链子突然慢下来，我换道时差点被后面
撞上。过半程后前面的一半人跑得飞快不见踪影，后来就有两个人撞了。
感觉这个group纪律颇差，大家光图速度忽视安全，leader也弹压不住，我准备换个group
玩。 |

the C group.
Not sure about in Houston, but around here roadies are likely to get
competitive and ride much faster than the advertised group pace.
When you ride, your shoulder and back get constant exposure to the sun. A
jersey would be better than a sports bra. |

就都起到了效果。
但是，同一个运动，如果保持一样的强度，过一段时间，就不那么累了。就得换新的
运动，或者加强度了。 各种GROUP CLASS是跑步的有力补充，但是，跑步本身，不挑
时间地点不需要同伴，是最简单最容易坚持的运动了。
本人的目标是lose weight，之前有用过椭圆机、跑步机，最近去了几节group fitness
class，比如bodypump, bootcamp等，发现出汗比椭圆机和跑步机走坡度的要多得多，
感觉锻炼到了全身。但是很困惑，这样的group fitness课程减肥效果明显吗，还是说
跑步仍然是最佳的选择呢？

举报说是托，是骗子。这让我出离愤怒了。目前我们这个GROUP有差不多500人，很多是
来自未名的网友，如果有骗，他们为什么不举报？那个举报的人请说明是什么骗？骗了
你什么？
告诉大家为什么有人举报，有人打击我的帖子吧。因为这个买打折GIFT CARD的渠道触
