个人觉得单独烤皮还是很必要的 这样烤出来的整个披萨都很香脆 通常加了蔬菜水分会
烤出来渗进去使面饼变软 不过口味也是因人而异 有人喜欢软一点也行
时间也和烤的大小的和食物种类有关,后面那个full size的肉披萨 我差不多烤了50分
钟才烤好 可能也是我太贪心 加了太多食材在上面了。。 |

房1, 2580 sqaure feet 开价99W
优点
1)地点好,火车站,2-3个 daycare 都在10-15分钟的 walking distance。这对我们
很重要。因为walking distance 的 daycare, grandma 或 nanny 可以接送孩子。
2)房子新,2001年建的,move in condition。
3)很好出租,从2001至今,一直月租6000-8500. 即便今年出那么差的情况,还以6000
被租着到现在。
缺点
1)二楼的layout 不是很好 。hallway 的 bathroom 对着主卧,风水上该怎么改
2)neiboughhood 一般,有一些 1M 的house ,但不少70-80W的老小房子。
3)yard 很小,更邻居很近。
4)应为房子很好租,owner也不缺钱, 很难negotiate, 还价空间很小1-2W. 房子是
去年在MARKET上,后来有人租了,就一直off market, 是被我挖出来的
房2, 2750 square feet 开价99.5W,从150W降下的。

她grandma那里继承下来的, rent control & rent stablized的还带继承的。

其实厨房还没有 finish。这一块,头续多,工作琐碎,花得心思多,反而还有不少 美
中不足的心病等着 fix。版上有姐妹想看,就也秀出来了。顺便听听建议。
before -
原来的厨房,一看就是二三十年前的装修。几个 keywords:白色小磁砖,厚重的陶瓷
sink,陈旧的橱柜,老式的顶灯。。。都是必须要重做的。
而且,抽油烟机装在island 正中,老式厨房的顶本来就矮,只有7尺半,弄这么个庞然
大物,把什么都block了,一眼看着就难受。
地上铺的磁砖,我也不喜欢。 厨房 跟 family room 是整体打通连贯的,我喜欢从地
面感觉上也是连贯通畅的,况且我一直以来习惯了厨房用地板,温馨一点。只要勤打扫
就好了。
构想 -
首先决定改变结构,想把 range hood 挪到厨房侧面,这样管道也要改一下,跟
contractor 沟通了一下, 看看了房檐和外墙,他说没问题。
这样 Island 就变得更加 visible 了 ,灶台移走了,island 从面积上讲也会更实用
。想做成两头有弧线的。希望从 family room 看过去是漂亮的柜子,而不是侧面的... 阅读全帖 |

few months, the chance of being a secondary hypertension is pretty high.

going to work. Teach her to say bye to mommy. She might be crying for the
first several times but she will get used to it. Never leave her without
