help. But I become so nervous for the way grandma is treating my son. Here

knit very fast, and she never knitted anything for my son. I always cooked
individually for my son when he was around 11/2, she complained that I do
not need to do that. She thinks we spent too much money on our son. My son

小孩子的好的习惯要从小培养。而且好习惯培养起来难，毁起来就容易了。
我家丫头现在自己吃饭，睡觉，自己换衣服。。。如果我婆婆，或者我妈一定要喂她，
哄她睡觉，帮她
提裤子，估计不要三个星期，一个星期她就啥都不愿意自己干了。
当然娃一直是我和老公带，我们家人偶尔来玩，也会听我们的，不干涉我们带娃。

发帖数: 405 | 23 一直到了23 mile我才确信自己能完成全程:17 mile的时候左腿膝盖有点不对劲,以前跑
20 miler的经验是疼痛会越来越严重,最后只能走;20 mile的时候右腿大腿抽筋,停下来
拉伸了一会儿,又用冰抹了一遍,总算是挺过去了,不过感觉两条腿总是在抽筋的边缘,决
定之后每个水站都停下来走一会儿,喝完了在启动.到了23 mile的时候,也差不多要进城
了,虽然有上坡,但是观众明显要密集多了,不知道是不是人来疯,反正膝盖也不疼了,上
坡的时候还能稍微pick up一点.最后的0.2 mile,用尽了剩下的肾上腺素,冲刺超过了几
个也是强弩之末的家伙,过了终点--我相信在观众看来这种冲刺恐怕比走也快不了多少.
最后时间4:22'16" 跟版上的诸位牛id没法比,但是我已经对自己很满意了,毕竟原来地
目标就是完成比赛.
过了终点之后,领到了传说中的只有跑完的人才有的t-shirt,看着上面印着的"Grandma'
s Marathon Finisher",心理竟然莫名激动--俺怎么说也准备了8个月了,终于finisher
了!坐在被太阳烘得发烫的地上,一边吃着runner才有的冰淇淋, |

近20年前，通过学校的Host Family Program 我和先生认识了一对儿美国夫妻，太太
Barbara和先生Wayne。称他们Baise先生或太太，显得生疏，叫名字又觉得太随便。刚
好他们的年龄和我们的父母很接近，在他们的提议下，我们高高兴兴地用“Dad”,“
Mom”来称呼他们。从此我们多了一家美国亲戚，没有婚姻血缘关系的extended family

最近我发现其中两个大一点的孩子经常说谎。不是大事，但非常频繁。我和女儿的
老师聊过这种事情怎么处理。老师说很多女孩子都这样。要是她们的家长不管，我也
没有什么办法。只能是少让自己孩子和她们玩。
前几天我买了一双鞋。穿了几次就不见了。到处找都没有。今天赫然看见邻居小姑娘
穿在脚上。我装作自然地问她这鞋哪儿来的，她说是她的grandma落在她家的。但其实
不可能啊。。。这鞋上面有天然的石头装饰，纹路是unique的。我认识。而且这双鞋
还有个小瑕疵，有一只的鞋跟那里切的不好。这鞋的跟有10厘米高，她的grandma
已经70多岁的人了，怎么会穿这种爆高跟的卡脚凉鞋呢。
我本想去和她家长说说。东西本身无所谓，50块的鞋而已不是什么高级东西。送给她都

市面上的蔥買回當母株
用市面上賣的一呎盆(白色或紅色的像垃圾桶那種)
土壤用一份河沙一份一般的土壤(或是市售培養土)
加入約4分之1的有機肥(不居哪種廠牌不過要完全腐熟)攪拌均勻
土放5分滿然後種蔥啦約市售的蔥量5枝種入 澆水後即可
約3周到4周(視天氣情況而定)蔥便會長的很美啦(且都不用施肥)
然後呢到農會或是要得到粗糠地方要一些粗糠
利用粗糠來使蔥白長高(後隔一周舖上3~5公分高的粗糠至盆面需時約4~5周)
再等一週就能拔蔥囉蔥白會長約半個桶子高喔
只是粗糠比較不容易要得到( i think it's harder to find it in US)
能使用粗糠是最好因為拔完蔥後粗康還能與土攪拌增加土壤的有機質跟透氣性

，还傻傻的以为是羊水里面的，怀疑是不是宝宝在里面撒尿了，是周一给医生电话，恰
逢医生回老家和家人团聚去了, 值班的医生说如果有第二次spotting就让我去医院。心
中忐忑的我和姐妹还有老公的grandma (used to be a midwife in China) 电话后，
grandma给我澄清说不会是宝宝的尿，因为宝宝的尿尿都在羊水里的，哈哈。我请假在
家认真祷告呼喊主名，宝宝是主赐的，主不会放弃它的，主用约翰福音对我讲话“生命
在我，复活在我，”我就平静下来，呼呼大睡了。几天后检查，一切正常，现在想来，
可能是宝宝在长的过程中宫颈调整变化而出的血。
32周去三藩看Giants Game, 工作又熬夜了，声音嘶哑（古代叫“子喑”），没吃药，
维持了几周都没有好转，本以为我可能这样哑着进产房儿无力呐喊了，殊不知34周一个
突如其来的感冒（没吃药）恢复了声音，或许是以毒攻毒吧，但是偶尔还是觉得有根刺
在右边嗓子眼，直到宝宝出来以后那根刺才消失。

点钟的样子宫缩明显强烈了一些，老公很兴奋但不很确定，因为过去的一周我常说“好
像有些疼了”结果都是false contraction。伴随着宫缩，我又有了新症状，就是强烈
的打喷嚏，响彻病房的喷嚏，把cervidil都给喷出来了，哈哈，我按铃叫Erika给我重
新塞回去，并问她能不能够吃“zyrtec抗过敏。”她说要打电话问Maria，我说算了吧
，让Maria睡会儿觉，我忍了。接下来从半夜到4点钟，就是在喷嚏和宫缩中度过，为了
缓解腰部的压力不适感，老公message，坐birthing ball，躺累了就走走，走累了就坐
birthing ball，坐累了又躺着，周而复始，利用两个宫缩间休息的时间吃鸡蛋葡萄巧
克力面包来增加能量。
约4点钟，Erika看见我已经“阿伊喔喔”的发声了，知道我已经进入active labor，就
去打电话叫midwife Maria, Maria让Erika把cervidil取了，因为我的宫缩反应越来越

还给买了个红色救生衣，昨天试穿时就说他像救生员
开始折腾死了，一会儿要下去游，一会儿又闹着要上来
每次都费老劲才拽上来，还搞得一船水
靠到岸边一处阴凉处吃东西吃了一半岸上两母女说她们canoe翻了
grandma有心脏病，在急流处时panic，shake, 掉下船把船翻了
现在grandma生死不明，问我们能不能稍她们去下游，和rescue team汇合
小女儿显然受惊过度，妈妈很担心，说自己是医生但如果grandma心脏病复发她也手足
无措
狗爹吃了一半的饭仍水包里就开划了
她们对狗过敏坐船头，卡卡就被勒令呆在船中间不许乱动
卡卡这时候倒乖了，也不往下跳了也不到处窜了
后来看到了rescue team,远远地确认人都没事，把母女俩送到岸上
救护车，警车，还有惊魂未定的grandma坐在那里
人家rescue team还说狗也穿着救生衣啊，哈哈，还是红的跟他们一个颜色
后来到了水流平缓的地方狗爹救生员休息又让让kaka悠闲地游了游

不清楚儿子他们说了什么, 反正听见儿子对C说: Your grandma just agreed with me.
..blah blah...
旁边的另一个家长听到了,回头和C的家长都笑了,
C的家长是看上去有点老, 头发全是白的, 但老美看不出年龄,
我不知道他为什么说人家是grandma,还是就是grandma, 而我不知道?
我幸亏躲在后面跟人聊天, 可以装做没听见, 但还是觉得很难受,
私下跟儿子问了, 他也说不出为什么,
关键是, C听我儿子这么说, 就低下头, 没有说什么,
我怕儿子的话对C别有什么伤害, 哎,真是难堪...
