是相当严格的)。
推荐你看看Steven Cohen的paper,很多临床实例。
一下子收到的信息量太大,如果有记错的地方,还请见谅。如果没记错的话,他就做干
细胞美容,facelifting和乳房再造都做(不是他做的,就是别的某个人做的,我实在
不擅长记人名)。除皱的话,就是把干细胞注射到脸部,然后慢慢生成血管,
differentiation出脂肪,把皮肤撑起来,达到除皱效果。直接注射脂肪的话,后期有
时会被人体吸收,撑不起来。用干细胞,就不会有后期吸收的问题,组织长出来后会一
直在,达到长期除皱效果。用干细胞乳房再造原理也类似(这个治疗的一般都是切除了
乳房的乳腺癌患者,术前/术后照片和视频相当震撼,而且这个生成的是生理上真正的
自体组织(人造乳头也完全看不出/感觉不出是假的),就是真的,往胸部填硅胶隆胸

你有什么好办法?上面讲的这俩例子的基础还是物理学,材料力学等,
这都是上千年的学问。西医要在生物的基础上搞还原论,妄图逃过
系统论总结经验的阶段,你认为可能吗?
西医的方法论是彻底的错了,这是投入高产出少的根本原因。
就在西医里面来说,相比内科,外科手术就是典型的trial and error,
比如ACL reconstruction,第一批放进膝盖里面的artificial graft是什么?
尼龙绳!结果可想而知。后面改进也失败得一塌糊涂。至今有效的
修补还得靠人体(Pat. Tendon,Hamstring,Alograft)。但总体来说,
西医在外科方面取得的进步,那比内科、制药业要显著多了吧。
理论有什么用?用来总结,用来提高。但是要产生理论,首先要用正确
的方法论,研究实践对象。西医有什么还原论得到的理论(微观规律总结)
能指导人体这个系统的?不靠系统论行吗? |

能用的都要用上。治病不分门派,有容乃大,治好就行。
中西医的主要分别不在于手段,而在于积累和发展的方向。
西医外科和中医其实是很相似的,都是拿人不当人玩,西医尤甚。
ACL recon第一个尝试的人工代韧带居然是尼龙绳(准确的说是
纤维绳,实在太傻逼所以没推广,后来涤纶和Gore-tex推广了,
害惨了好几万人),查阅资料看到这个的时候瀑布汗流下。
这跟神农尝百草所需要的勇气差不太多...
但也唯有如此,才有进步。现代西医外科也都是野蛮操作,器材技术
是发展了,其理论理念比刮骨疗伤又能强多少。还是以ACL recon为例,
钉在腿骨上固定graft的钉子,手术大夫明说和walmart能买到的高档
合金浴室钉无区别,只不过是医疗器材厂出品,价格加俩零而已。
西药,内科疗法则是彻底的走了邪路。试图用“有效成分”去
解决问题。这个从系统概念上就是错误的。当“有效成分”是
一种组合,那又如何是好?更甚之,如果“有效成分”是一个抽象
概念,它还牵涉系统状态变量,“提纯”能得到啥?呵呵。
只要是从现有的基础出发,使用系统论的方法指导,就能推进 |

polymer作scaffold, 即3毫米ID的channel, 用“多微孔的膜”创造一个ECM,
这个"多微孔的膜“的膜估计也是porous polymer, hydrogel之类的,然后把EC注入,
不懂”肝脏或者肾脏的细胞注入“的具体理由,大概就是多提供点cell吧。
我想他最后还要把硅晶片抽出来。

,我看完之后的感想是 tissue engineering 是一个据我所知最集大成的学科或生意,要
想成功,就看谁的思维更aggressive了。
比如我看到这句话,让困扰了我很长时间的问题得到了解答---“The grafts start

我的建议是最好集中在某一个具体的产品,比如人造皮肤,比搞纯的平台技术要有前

你参考一下而已;本人也是一个菜鸟,说的不对的呢,也请海涵。没有和您老抢饭碗的
意思。。。我们的样品polymer和substrate的作用力挺大的,和你的过程不大一样。
dip-coating的最大的问题是膜的厚度不如spin-coating的均一,对于我们的样品来说
不是很重要,因为还要graft第二层膜。我个人的感觉我现在做到dip-coating的时候,
不是很严苛的除尘。感觉上dust对electro-spin coating可能影响很大。不知道你现在
的步骤是不是这样~
