期六跑首马。在此特发这个帖给周末将跑马的同胞加油。
特别是半个同乡thundergust，万一你跑累了，就想象着回到妈妈的故乡，在你喜欢的
瘦西湖里奔跑吧：）））。从瘦西湖公园南门入园，沿着湖边长堤，经过“四桥烟雨”
的春波桥，跑到小金山，远眺钓鱼台，喝口水或体育饮料；然后，经过琼花台，跑向五
亭桥，经过白塔，跑到二十四桥，喝口水或体育饮料，聆听玉人吹箫给你加油：）））
；然后，从瘦西湖北门出园，那时你会闻到咱们淮扬经典名菜之一 “清炖狮子头”的
香味，那是在终点线附近外婆家为你准备的美食佳肴：）））。朝着那“清炖狮子头”
方向加油冲刺，跑过终点线，成功地完成了首马。
上一张改良版的“清炖狮子头”，不是用传统的猪肉，而是用蟹肉和鱼肉做成的，味道
好极了：）））。
言归正传，用1年多前拍到的奥运马拉松选拔赛实况照片给所有在这个周末跑马拉松的
