外一种就是glial cell也就是神经胶质细胞,想找到一种抑制剂,只抑制神经胶质细胞

是否可以这么说,大多数 glial cell 主要功能是supporting ,保护,修复neurons。
但是glial cell太多了,分类不清。就如interneuron一样,没有好的marker, cre-
line就无从下手一样。
但是越来越多的功能正在被挖掘,譬如分泌axon guidance 信号, 回路布线,
tripartite synapse,neurotransmitter releasing, clearance。。。。。
也有些文章开始提Glial cell plasticity,虽然有炒作概念之嫌,但也并非孔穴来风
。最近也读过几篇Glial cell和记忆的文章,好像就是通过营养等通路来影响的。
去年science一片很有意思的paper,分享一下,
呼吸-----co2 浓度----ph 改变--- astrocytes ca2+ dependent ATP release---
activate chemoreceptor neuron.

neurons and glia usually cannot survive for long term in NBM+B27. With that
said, there is no pure neuronal culture. Anyway, cultured neurons do exhibit
some glial properties, such as glucose transporter expression, metabolic

For embryonic glial culture, we use DMEM/F12 (1:1) +10% FBS. Because glial

以前大家把研究重点放在了神经元上了。但是研究的继续深入必然就要涉及所有参与者
,而且要治疗SCI之类的疾病,没胶质细胞也不行。当然,也不能低估在发育或损伤修

年才全职回去多了12年。比起培养的中国学生也多多了,算国内贡献肯定不会小。如果

2000年在西部的一个小有名气州立大学里有六、七个国内来的博士们在做生物博士后。
他们的本科有来自复旦、清华、南开,也有来自湘雅、同济这样的医学院,而博士均是
毕业于中科院在北京或上海的几个生物相关的研究所。因为科研上做的大方向相似,又
都是中科院出来的,所以大家无论在上班或业余都有很多的交往。在最初的几年每人都
有在本领域top 1,2的杂志上发表的第一作者文章,有的还有CNS。
十年之后,大家都有了自己的生活轨道,却也是各不相同
1. 04年回国做了中科院某所的PI,继续在科研上努力进取
2. 在做完第一个薄厚,辗转换了几个实验室,完成了从千老到staff scientist的蜕变
,最近拿到几个faculty的位置,终于遂了做老板的心愿

下形成了个"毯子",然后peel off连同neuron一起飘走了。后来加了阿糖胞苷以后就好
了。
不过说到电生理,倒有新的问题请教。我们看到的现象是,只有10%不到的
microelectrode可以有AP信号。然后大家的结论是,neuron必须正好长在电极上才行。
我一方面记得有这个说法,说是cell/electrode overlap的面积达,接触紧,那么信号
就好。另一方面,我觉得AP是个电压信号,微电极在溶液里捕获电压信号,貌似不用贴
得很紧,好像有个文章里说过,隔10个um都能感受到的。也不知道哪个说法是对的。 |
