neurons, which migrate along the radial process up towards the cortical
plate.
Neurons were born first,the glia cells were produced later during cortical
development. Both are originated from the radial glia cells. Recently there
are findings suggesting that glia cells divide locally at the upper cortex
to increase the glia population.

For metabolic coupling, glia are largely glycolytic relative to neurons. Yet
, they provide substrates for OXPHOS in neurons. Glia covert glucose to
pyruvate, then to lactate, which is transported to neurons and converted
back to pyruvate to enter into the TCA cycle and OXPHOS.

和心血管疾病以及内科疾病比起来，我们对大脑的了解少之又少。我们对大脑的学习只
能通过学习大脑的缺损，比如说，一个人的头颅的prefrontal cortex部位受损，导致
他的语言和四肢协调功能丧失，那么我们就通过这个观察，就从中知道，我们人类的
prefrontal cortex掌管了我们的语言和协调的功能。
现在我知道了更多的大脑的理论，有一些真是非常非常的有趣，比如说，大脑胶质细胞
glia cells，负责把大脑神经元粘合在一起，相当于一种黏合剂，这种物质，在痛觉
传输中起到非常奇妙的作用；爱因斯坦的大脑解剖结果，显示了他的glia cell的数量
，比常人多。也许这是他比我们所有人都聪明的根本原因？

现在glia的标记物也就oligodendrocyte比较清楚一些，现在还没有一个astrocyte特异
的标记物。看文章的时候总是用一个蛋白染色来说明，其实不一定的；没人深究 |

关心分区，DAPI应该也可用，因为Local neuron glia 很多。或者tubulin actin 之类

connected to glia. Just a random thought. I thought it might be an angle
worthwhile to look at?
Regarding the anti-oxidant and metabolic coupling capabilities, aren't these
two functions are coupled to each other? I mean along with metabolic
coupling, the glia will produce ROS and that will require them to be able to
handle the ROS, therefore anti-oxidant role. Could you be more specific?

if I am wrong.
One thing I can think of that may be linked to dopamine is glia may secret
some glia-derived factors to regulate the function of tyrosine hydroxylase
that further affect the dopamine pathway.

作为一各曾经的医学生，我对低碳高蛋白饮食不太赞成。在此交流一下，作为潜水一年来给大家的回报吧：
我们健身，减肥的重要目的是保持身心健康，为了现在和几十年后的幸福。其他的各种
指标只是有参考价值的过眼云烟。
低碳高蛋白高脂肪的饮食对减重增肌十分有效，但是这也加重了肝肾负担，对糖
尿病的预防也没有太多好处（卡路里控制+低脂）；素食为主的饮食也许难以获得窈窕
的身材，诱人的肌肉，却降低了心血管病和肠癌的发病率；在运动员饮食方面，原先认
为富含动物性食物的西式餐饮是脱掉中国人病夫帽子的必由之路，现在看起来也不
尽然呢。生命太复杂，凡事过犹不及，合理的饮食搭配才是正道。
我想，我要说的是，我不太赞成为了肌肉、曲线冒损伤关键器官的风险，所以我不认为
低碳高蛋白饮食就更加健康，一切都在适当二字，也许只是个人的选择吧。说来容易，
其实现在我做并不好，远不如版上的很多人。。。

2006年开始读PhD，有次一起去外地开会，我误了航班，结果到半夜才到开会的那个城
市，导师先到了，他开车去机场接我，外面雨雾蒙蒙的，他边开车边和我聊一些工作上

读PhD的几年，过得甜蜜又痛苦，能和他谈研究进度，聆听他的教导，让我感觉特别幸
福，他那么聪明，睿智。上他的课，心里就一直在想，以后就没有机会坐在他的课堂里
看着他听他讲课了，他说的每一句话，每一个字都深深的印在心里。
曾经以为毕业之后就会忘记，事实是到了新的地方，不能再看到他，每天都非常想念他
。吃饭，走路，工作，时时刻刻都在想他。在网上搜他的名字，看他的照片。
一点儿没有和他说过暗恋他的事，担心如果他不喜欢自己，伤自尊。有时又想人生苦短
，不如告诉他，不计后果，大不了以后永不见面，永不联系。有时又想还是彼此留个好
