is all from my learning and dancing. so sometimes it may not conform with the
technique books. however, please keep in mind that there are indeed many ways
to do one thing, and the important thing is that you make it look good.

and you dance board regulars should know ggb by now, the dance video is really
far from what ggb described, it's still very crude, and I know myself that I
have some ugly body shape arm/hand position in the video that I really hate. I
don't think watching that video will do you guys any good, but here's one video I find myself very helpful, it's from a group lesson by mathem cuttler at a local comp, basic rumba steps, expertly done. here it is:

发帖数: 536 | 12 觉得巴西不少股票都值得关注，像SID, PBS。加上巴西明年14年世界杯，总统大选连任
，还有16年又是奥运会。加上随着世界经济的复苏，能源和原材料价格以后一定会长起
来。今年巴西股市又跌了不少，股票价位低，所以从未来看长期看，是很诱人的。
但我觉得近期买入巴西的风险还是挺大的。巴西这个国家其实管理得挺混乱的，它的资
源地理位置这么好，潜力都没发挥出来。现在巴西有通胀的麻烦，房地产泡沫也很大，
基础建设也搞得不好，国内政治不是太稳定,13年第三季度GDP负增长，14年GDP增长下
调。所以我觉得巴西短期利空的因素也很多。加上巴西这里受欧美影响大，容易受欧美
股市波动影响。（比如巴西第一GGB，第二大的钢铁厂SID都在除国内以外还在美国纽约
上市，GGB还在西班牙上市，这里有不同市场同一股票价差的套利和汇率的问题）。
所以觉得至少等明年初fed政策出来了，再入巴西股会安全一些。 |

发帖数: 911 | 16 金门桥一般是开车，或者租自行车PIERS ３９－＞GGB－＞Sausalito然后轮渡回PIERS
３９。
其他的景点公交都能到，买张公交的DAY PASS或WEEKLY PASS就可以。还有一种CITY
PASS还包某些景点的门票。
还有一种环景点的双层光BUS，没坐过，可以查查是不是到GGB。
downtown/union square底下就是PARKING GARAGE。
SF路况比较复杂，如果不是有经验的老司机，要有心理准备。 |

Even after GGB, 19th st after GGB will take you a long time. Then you need
take 280 to 85. If you take 101, you need hit it before 7 a.m. or it will
be packed.
Realistically, not possible. All those people above have REVERSE commute,
so they can make it. |

Pier 39（不记得是不是39号了，反正是那附近），开进去，
边上小店吃个螃蟹，可以validate 至少2hr parking.
GGB 101N最后一个出口下，开进去，右转，有一大片免费停车的地方，
应该能找到地方。
Palace of Fine Arts,比较难找，看人品。：）
UnionSquare，应该可以趴在花园角，在附近中餐馆吃饭，然后
validate parking.

然名字没有USF响亮但是GGU的MBA比USF要好点（听说而已有几个朋友是GGB毕业的).

, there should be overflow parking.
The fog season is not over, so it's quite often to see all fogs in the
morning. It normally clears out after noon.
Pier 39, I usually do street parking on North Point St between Grant and
Stockton (37.807245,-122.4086). Sunday seems to be easier, and If you go
there after 5pm, it's usually quite empty. |

you can pick one of the following:
Plan 1:
Hotel-San Francisco via Bay bridge--Union Square(Chinatown)--Fisherman's
wharf--lombard street--Golden Gate Bridge--Oakland Airport.
You can take cable car from union square to fisherman's wharf, so that way
you can just park your car in union square. (park at OFarrell Street parking
, its cheaper) walka round union square, also check out the entrance of chinatown,

发帖数: 884 | 30 我可以确认的是你从livermore到Dublin那一段肯定会堵车， 接近580/238那一段也会
堵车，建议你从580上bay bridge不要走880.
下了bay bridge以后 1B出口exit，往golden gate bridge 方向走，看堵车的情况，我
觉得最好的方法是出434A 往101 North GGB and Mission street方向开，接着在van
Ness 街转走，一直往下开，然后在Turk转左，Webster转右边，post转右，一转完往前
开10米就是停车场入口了。 |

ash. enter this address in your GPS and you will find it:
1034 hayes street, SF
for golden gate, go to the north vista point is much better(但是回到旧金山这
边要付过桥费 you can get the
picture of both the city and GGB on north vista point. also go up to the
top of Hawk Hill (
Conzelman Road) and you will see a great view! Don't go on foggy days. |

fastrack you can go ggb' website and pay for it also in some stores in san
fran. just enter your license plate
number.
other bridges (bay bridge, san mateo bridge....)still accept cash. if you
corssed without paying and no fastrack then you better get one and back date
it to avoid penalties. |

Chinatown cable car to fishermen's wharf. rent a bike. bike to palace of
fine arts, marina, crissy field, legion of honor etc., and then to golden
gate
bridge. cross ggb to sausarito. take ferry back to fishermen's wharf. |

headlands by the Golden Gate Bridge. I was worried about raining
and muddy trail when I decided to run early in the week.
I ran with a group of dailymile.com friends I met online for 5 miles.
It has a gorgeous view of the GGB and SF Bay along the trail. Today's run
was so special because two founders of the dailymile.com came to run with us
to celebrate one-year anniversary of dailymile. A girl put together a video

1. 训练
自从去年CIM大PR之后就开始放羊，今年前三个月每周末的group run就成了我的social
event，每次拿个iphone，边跑边拍，以充当随军娱记为乐。结果几次group run下来
，以前跑马训练的老本就被吃光了，有一次周末group run差点跑晕过去。4月29号
pleasanton 半马，一马平川还跑出了个比去年morgan hill还差的成绩。这是距离SFM
还有整整13个星期，索性再歇一个星期，然后搞了个12周训练计划。
我一向只follow训练计划的精神，具体的执行完全由自己胡乱制定。这次前六周只跑
LHR，先把mileage搞上去。后六周加上跑山和MP run. 每周weekday 跑两到三次，周末
