个简单的数字更有说服力。50年代初达赖出走前藏族人口是1.2 million，现在是2.62
million. 如果不存在1 million genocide,那么人口年增长率在1.43%左右，这个数字
可以和汉族人口增长率比较以增强说服力.我没查过汉族的年增长率,估计肯定是比这个
数字低的.
相反，如果genocide是真的，那么从0,2 million增长到现在的2.62需要4.79%的年均增
长率.而这个增长率恰好说明共产党政府对藏族人口政策的高度支持! Genocide和截然

根据都不适用于我们这个案子，因为我们这个案子涉及的是种族灭绝，种族屠杀。而联
合国大会在2011年已经通过关于言论自由决议，以下几种言论不属于freedom of

关于我们这个案子的法律依据，有网友说的那些必须要有Imminent danger才能够告的
根据都不适用于我们这个案子，因为我们这个案子涉及的是种族灭绝，种族屠杀。而联
合国大会在2011年已经通过关于言论自由决议，以下几种言论不属于freedom of
speech/expression：
Exceptional types of expression that States are required to prohibit under
international law
1. Child pornography
2. Direct and public incitement to commit genocide
。。。。。。。。。
等等。

讨论。由于他们不常上mitbbs（都忙着创业去了。不像我这种菜鸟哈哈）。以下是我总
结校友的想法加我自己今天游行的一点看法。
首先，昨天游行之前，一位有法律和政治工作经验的校友就曾说过，如果我们不改变现
在的宣传策略，我们的努力会被ABC轻描淡写的忽略掉。为什么呢？因为我们强调
genocide，而没有一个native speaker会不认为， genocide is a joke! Not because
they think killing people is a joke. It's because this is a stupid and
impossible idea which will never happen! 所以纠结在genocide是不是个joke这个
问题上，我们就会被ABC带到沟里面去。他们可以理直气壮地说，我们的理解是断章取
义，是不能欣赏他们的joke。事实证明，今天ABC就是这么敷衍我们的。在美国民众看
