实在不明白为啥generic的差价还那么大。。。
请问,cvs有没有generic的lamisil处方药卖?
这个lamisil是治疗灰指甲的内服处方药
医生说如果是generic的话大概10刀左右
如果高级品牌的话查了下好像至少要60多刀
求新处方胖子之前,想问问看cvs有没有generic的卖
如果没有的话,我就求target的gc胖子了
我手头target的胖子3/1刚过期
这个一般多久出一次新处方胖子的呢?

发帖数: 630 | 3 FDA今天放过了一个generic的药，mnta矿长了。过了10年保护期，就是generic的天下了。
作为generic老大的teva担心Copaxone会受到其他generic的挑战，而且mnta的确也这么
做了。teva被抛了，不过-8.6%也有些过分。

agn降了2.3%，很接近今天generic药股大盘。还没有仔细看过，不过伊的一个药刚被UK说ok
了。是不是伊有类似Lovenox的药啊？
但作为mnta的合作伙伴的nvs反而降了，不明白。
个人看法，sny预计到这一点了，所以加快了M&A的动作，genz就也彪上去了。既然genz
上去了，那么biib和celg就没戏了。但sny降的4.2%不能全部归咎于今天的这个FDA的决
定，大药厂都半死不活的，pipeline上的货大多是用来please shareholder的，真正有前途的没有几个。drug major的大盘今天降了0.78%。

Go的理念是语法必须简单，让码工写起来恶心，但不容
易写出无法维护的代码。不支持generic隐含的意义是强迫码工断绝让一段代码支持多
种类型的念头。写lib是一回事，而对app来说这显然是有利的。一段business logic如
果只处理int，出错的概率显然比既支持int又支持string小。
某种程度上generic可以通过interface实现，但实践中它主要用来做DI，test时注入
mock组件。
真正的generic语义，比如自带的sort package，很不顺手，确实不如fancy的新语言“
简洁”。我不认为这完全是坏事。swift写个运算符就能当匿名函数用，简化到极致，
但我总觉得哪里不对劲 |

Remeber Java Generics is a compile time thing rather than runtime thing. In
other words, if you declare Base, then the parameter of this class is a
TypeVariable.
Even if you define a new Base variable, its type parameter is still
a TypeVariable because Base only help you check type at compile type
. It will not changed the parameter of Base into a String.
Consequently, your original code will throw |

修复的缺陷。比如绕过static type的interface{}，其实等价于C里的void*，绝对是毒
瘤。
Go是由C语言爱好者开发的，从这个角度出发，我猜Go短期内不会引入generic，那样就
搞得像C++了，开发者绝对不情愿。

I believe it is a good idea to start generic drug business in China and
targeting both international and domestic market. The most important thing is
still regulation.

investment and intellectuals. |
