I got a paragraph like this:

例如矩阵的特征根是整数显然是偶然的。我们就可以说非整的情况是generic的。
btw:发表超过10年的，没有任何知名度的，堆积数学名词的自动控制文章，
99.999999%是垃圾文章。搞来搞去往往只是为了说一点小屁事，而且是用基本
的算术和不等式估计就能搞定的那种。

那个书还很牛的.作者水平非常高.同作者年轻时候的第一本书
总结D.C.Spencer的一个理论写的非常经典.名字好像叫无穷维

今天的形势，其实是搞应用数学的那帮家伙把控制给弄得：搞工程的人看不懂，还不知
道怎么用。
bellman和pontrigin那时做得东东就好用。

control problems, since one is dealing with polynomials there. they are
using Positivstallensatz to do the computation recently...
