疑。
要避免 over-generalization，方案一就是统计分布和个案问题，花开两朵必须各表一
枝。表多表少你可以讨论，但显著漏表一支咋也会被质疑字里行间的 over-
generalization。
或者方案二就是像俺一样 AIME qualifiers / USAMO
qualifiers 男女比例数字定量拿出来，甭管是 5：1 还是 10：1，然后注明一句这不

中国男同性恋者的艾滋病感染率约达1.35％。这一数字要比“男女性接触”的感染率高
出将近二十倍。
男性同性恋艾滋病感染率在中国艾滋病高危人群中居第二位，仅此于吸毒。为什么偏偏
是男性同性恋呢？
首先，男同性恋大多没有固定的性伴侣。“拥有多名性伴侣”往往是感染艾滋病或其他
性病的主要原因。
其次，男性同性性行为通常采取口交或肛交的方式，尤其是后者，大大加剧了男性同性
恋感染艾滋病的风险。直肠内的碱性环境很适宜于病毒的生存繁殖，而且肛肠的黏膜薄
而娇嫩，其下有丰富的毛细血管，发生性行为时极易引起破损出血，使病原体从肛门或
直肠的破损处侵入，直接进入血液。

是同性恋或双性恋中的男子。中国发现的本土第一例因性接触感染艾滋病病毒的病人，
即是与多个男子有性关系的男人。
中国男同性恋者的艾滋病感染率约达1.35％。这一数字要比“男女性接触”的感染率高
出将近二十倍。
男性同性恋艾滋病感染率在中国艾滋病高危人群中居第二位，仅此于吸毒。为什么偏偏
是男性同性恋呢？
首先，男同性恋大多没有固定的性伴侣。“拥有多名性伴侣”往往是感染艾滋病或其他
性病的主要原因。
其次，男性同性性行为通常采取口交或肛交的方式，尤其是后者，大大加剧了男性同性
恋感染艾滋病的风险。直肠内的碱性环境很适宜于病毒的生存繁殖，而且肛肠的黏膜薄
而娇嫩，其下有丰富的毛细血管，发生性行为时极易引起破损出血，使病原体从肛门或
直肠的破损处侵入，直接进入血液。
事实上，即使有避孕套作为辅助，也不能全然避免病毒的感染。避孕套本身对于避孕这

夏洛特的所谓“反歧视”法案，里面有一个关键条款就是允许所谓的transgender 任意
使用女厕所和更衣室， 只要他们自己声称是女的
这个“任意使用厕所”法案给那些二流子和sex offender以可乘之机，严重侵犯了正常
女性和女孩子的安全和隐私。

这个“任意使用厕所”法案在北卡夏洛特通过， 但是随后北卡州立立法机关通过了法

败！所谓“多元化”，最高法院从投票上否认了是思想的多元化，而是种族肤色的多元
化。对最高法院有较深入研究的朋友叶帆更是写下了令人感叹的悲伤文字：我们输掉了
Fisher案，十三年来的诉讼，一代人的努力付诸东流。斯卡利亚的死导致了肯尼迪大法
官和自由派大法官在Bakke和Grutter之后第三次确认了这一扭曲的法学逻辑，如果斯卡
利亚没有死的话，至少4:4的结果不会确立一个全国性Binding的判例法，而这一次，保
