Jul-Aug 2008, and the lowest is about $34 in Mar-Apr 2009. But your lowest
gasoline price is at Jan 2009. In late 09, WTI reaches to about $50.

year 2005 (forget exact year. Before that, Brent is cheaper than WTI).
