清华大学在北京成功接收伽利略4颗在轨卫星信号并实现三维定位
2013年5月5日凌晨，清华大学电子工程系卫星导航技术研究室在北京利用自行研制的全
频段多系统实时GNSS软件接收机成功接收到了欧洲伽利略（Galileo）的4颗在轨卫星信
号，并利用这4颗卫星实现了三维定位。
此前，欧空局在今年3月12日宣布，该机构利用目前在轨的4颗Galileo卫星成功进行了
三维定位试验，并获得了10米左右的定位精度。清华大学的这次试验是国内首次成功利
用Galileo卫星实现独立定位，经初步分析，定位精度可达10米左右，在我国境内验证
了欧空局公布的结论，同时也标志着我国在Galileo接收机技术的研究方面取得了重要
进展。

引言
有不少非基督徒以天主教反对歌白尼、加里略的学说，作为指控基督信仰是盲目、封闭
、反科学的证据，不幸地，很多基督新教徒亦加入控方行列，认为这是新教比天主教更
可信的原因之一。
这篇文章有两个要点，第一，虽然天主教以教权干涉学术是错误，可是当时天主教会并
非如一般人想象那么盲目、愚昧，当时天主教曾经以科学方法检验「地球绕太阳」和「
太阳绕地球」两套理论，以当时的科学水平，人们觉得后者似乎比前者更有说服力。第
二，当时基督新教也反对歌白尼、加里略的学说，，虽然相比天主教的学者，新教领袖
所持之理由更缺乏科学证据，但是新教领袖的批评只是片言只字，后来学者以此来渲染
新教反科学态度，未免是言过其实。无论如何，天主教与新教领袖皆受到时代局限，而
今天非基督徒和新教徒对歌白尼、加里略事件的批判态度，却是
天主教之态度
首先，歌白尼在生时，其「地球绕太阳」学说并没有受到天主教压制，可是，当宗教改
革在十六世纪爆发之后，天主教开始对任何可能挑战教会权威的东西十分敏感，于是在

Galileo由于扯皮08年上半年之前的确是一个低估，但是目前已经进入相对稳定的阶段
，4颗IOC卫星今年到明年中期都要发射。Galileo的信号调制做的是比较先进的，每种
信号都经过细致的考虑。而且欧洲人做事情非常仔细，广泛接收了来自各个方面的意见
，信号现在德国的GATE试验场测试，然后发射了两颗卫星测试，信号接口文件ICD都是
公开的，接收广泛的测试。我个人测试过giove-A的信号，还是很稳定的。北斗的信号
体质相对混乱，在07年被斯坦福高醒心破了M1的码之后震动很大，现在很多频段的调制
方式都改了，坦白的说，频段很多，调制方式全抄伽利略和GPS现代化中的新M码，但是
具体的分工和应用都明确。公开就不想说了，别说ICD，连个官方管理机构网站都没有
，没有经过大量测试的东西，没有经过广泛测试的东西上去问题会很多。我个人的感觉
是我们很多的项目都是这样，工作远非细致，做完了拉到，对完整性，鲁棒性可靠性重

将首先具备覆盖亚太地区的定位、导航和授时以及短报文通讯服务能力。
据了解，预计今年4月将发射第三颗倾斜同步轨道(IGSO)卫星，成功后北斗卫星系
统就可以形成区域导航定位能力。
“卫星不单给我们导航，还可以通过它告诉总部或者亲人我在哪里。”中国工程院
院士刘经南介绍，完成布网的北斗卫星导航系统，将具备GPS没有的通讯功能。预计
2012年左右，北斗卫星的导航可以覆盖亚太区域，北斗导航设备也会进入千家万户。刘
经南说，其实就是一个导航芯片，装在汽车的导航设备或者手机里。
他介绍，“北斗”芯片的价格与GPS相当，通过短报文通信功能，导航设备还可能
投入到城市疏堵的工作中。他举例说，如果一辆车装有这套设备，卫星可以反采集车辆
信息，形成路面通行数据，然后回传给车辆，车辆就可以按照卫星选择的不拥堵路段行
进。
北斗卫星导航系统工程副总设计师李祖洪研究员介绍，中国建设北斗导航系统，就
