2010年最多， perm是二类和三类的总和，不包括NIW。假设NIW和其中EB23升级到EB1的
数目差不多，简单的乘以二就是每年EB23所需绿卡。放到10年底就有七八千的库存了（
EB2）。 EB3在09-11需求不足，如果“放水”，只能被ROW卡住。
模型过于简单，CP和重复EB23一负一正也抵消，大家随便看看。
实际情况可能比上面数字更乐观。

第二，到2013年前，2012年10、11和12月这三个月的数量还是很可观的，我没有数据支
持，只是推测，原因一，降级动力没有2013年足，原因二，2014年排期前进到2012年10
月1日没有到这3个月，去年放水后到现在也没到这3个月等。
第三，USCIS处理速度，每个人的回复RFE速度（大部分人的体检应该过期了，EVL和MED
的RFE是不可避免的）、降级人数都不可确定。奥本信息的滞后也是不确定因素。
第四，经验告诉我真实数字往往远大于你看到的数字。
第五，配额降低、SO减少。
FY 2013 EB2+3配额：6072
FY 2014 EB2+3配额：5706
FY 2015 EB2+3配额：5498

发帖数: 665 | 12 今天买了一个房子，发现本来有4个bath, 但是 city assessment 只有2个
，就跑到town 里去查 permit, 发现4个bath 算是有plumbing permit, OK. 然后就傻
乎乎地跑到 Assessor office, 问可不可以将 assessment data 改成4个bath, staff
说可以，但是要涨 value, 每个 bath 1.5-2 万，我想了想还是要改。后来被告知房子
明年会基本按照买价的 95% 算 assessment value, 那么 assessment value会从 51万
涨到65万左右。 我心里一惊，吓坏了，这哪了得。 算下来 12.77X 65 万 /1000 = $
8300/年， 比以前多了1800/年. 每个月多了 $150.
我就随便查了一下 Lexington的一个房子的税， 那个房子比这个小一半， assessment
57万，但是要交 15.2X57万/1000 = $8900 的税。而且这个房子是烧油的，冬天据说
是每个月600-800 的油取暖的费用。

过三四个 MUD。和这些 MUD 起初的巫师群都有过些联系，也
知道一些它们开发过程中的故事。
基本上来讲 XKX 和 XYJ 在它们的历史时期都算是有不少创
新的，FY 比XKX 稍晚，比 XYJ 早点，但是没有什么创新的
东西，除开一个算秒数找东西的 quest 系统算是前人没做过，
却没有任何创意在里面。
目前的大部分 MUD 都是从 ESII 和 XKX, FY, XYJ 等流传
出来的程序上修改的，很少有推陈出新的，当然每个 MUD
管理的人不同，也有不同的特色。而这就和 MUD 本身的优
缺点没有很直接的关系了。
我只能说 FY 是一个还不错的 MUD，但是要算经典还不够格。 |

今天我们收到另外一个法考题发来的一个信件，说是众院的一个财政委员会已经通过的
明年的财政案里，对教育部门将大幅削减资金。加上已经实施的sequestration, 总共
削减度达到20%。
有人知道这个是怎么回事么？这个是来真的还是吓吓我们而已？如果真的削减20%,很多
实验室都要关门了吧。

目前网上我国历史上的首箭首星的发射纪录，发现鲜有成功的，现部份摘抄如下：
1、1969年12月，东方红1（DFH－1），长征1号第2级故障，未能入轨。这是长征1的首
次任务飞行。可能这件事刺激了小日本，70年2月急匆匆把他那个几公斤的小卫星放了
上去，否则我们是第4个发射卫星的国家。
2、返回式1－01号（FSW－1），长征2号第2级故障，未能入轨。这是长征2的首次任务
飞行。
3、返回式1－02（FSW－1）号，第1颗进入任务状态的FSW－1，减速伞失灵，硬着陆。
4、1984年1月，东方红2－01（DFH－2－01），长征3号第3级故障，未能入轨。这是长
征3的首次任务飞行。
5、1984年4月，东方红2－02（DFH－2－02），成功，第1颗进入任务状态的DFH－2，在
定点过程中出现了问题，最后用非常规办法解决，风险重重。
6、1988年风云1号－01（FY－1－01），成功入轨，仅35天星上相机镜头被污染，卫星

There are a few interesting sections in the bill that are of interest to us.
First, the bill would provide a $71 million increase for NIH and requires
an Institute of Medicine/National Research Council review of the National
Children’s Study. Additionally, NSF would be funded at $7.25 billion, an

shutdown at the end of this week.
The government is currently funded through Friday, May 5 per a short term
funding agreement passed last week. Congress is expected to vote on the new
budget resolution this week.

WASHINGTON—U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced
today that it has received a sufficient number of H-1B petitions to reach
the statutory cap for fiscal year (FY) 2010. USCIS is hereby notifying the
public that Dec. 21, 2009 is the “final receipt date” for new H-1B
specialty occupation petitions requesting an employment start date in FY
2010.
