The tables represent the FY (October to September) that PERM applications
with Priority Date in a Calendar Year were Certified.
As an example, say you wanted to know the number of PERM for Indian
applicants with a PD in 2007 Certified in FY2008. First go to the table for
India, then the FY2008 column. Go down the column until you reach 2007. The
resulting figure, 8,335, is the number of PERM with a PD of 2007 Certified
in FY2008 for Indian applicants.

2。FY2009第一季度共批准了3,074 件PERM 的申请，而从2005年3月28日PERM 开始后的
总累计批准件为224,000.

移民局Service Center Operations 今天通知
所有属于FY2009 Cap 的H-1B 申请已经在5月23日完成所有的H-1B 资料的输入动作,并
在5月24日将所有的抽中的H-1B 收据寄出, 有足够的H-1B 案件, 移民局本来会发出的
候补名单不需要了, 也就是说如果你到现在没有收到H-1B 收据, 银行的支票金额也没
取走,你就没有占到FY2009 的H-1B 名额,移民局将从这个星期开始陆续退回没被抽中的
申请件包括表格及申请费

移民局同时表示, 今年大约有500件左右的申请是移民局认为 “Duplicate” 的申请.
移民局正在逐一清查这些是否真的是“Duplicate” 的申请, 如果查证属实的话,移民
局会全数拒绝这些“Duplicate” 的申请并且不退回申请费.

the highest since FY2009. On March 15, 2013 USCIS announced it anticipates
that sufficient HB filings will be received between April 1, 2013 and April
5, 2013. Should USCIS receive more H-1B petitions than the HB cap during
this 5-day period, USCIS will implement a lottery system (like it did in
FY2009). This means that only petitions selected in the lottery will be
processed and those not selected will be rejected.

中解决了？
否则不make sense阿！
USCIS使用Quote是按季度来的，即便1，2季度的quote全部用完（虽然我不这么认为）
，FY2010现在还剩下2个季度，EB2+EB1的Quote至少还再剩下4W左右。（只有非常少的
EB1
和EB2ROW申请，请看2010年1，2，月份的pending 数据！）
怎么想，9月PD不止在2006年！

2008 9），即金融危机之前。也许 FY2010 的 Perm 批准更少 （大部分申请应该是
FY2009递交 2008 10- 2009 9 期间，正是金融危机大爆发期间），也许这是原因？？？

130,352 approval counts does not make sense because there is a long queue of
employment applicants waiting for the quota and the annual limit for
employment based is at least 140,000.

PD 2008 demand: Indians have 23k PERM in 2008 and Chinese have 4k PERM in
2008.
PD 2007 demand: Indians have extra 14k PERM approved after 2007.07 and
Chinese have 3k PERM approved after 2007.07.
totally PERM demand between 2007 and 2008.12 is 44K.

就算2009-2010的PERM PD是2008，2009，那么这批人就能在2008，2009交485吗？
PERM 6164, 485 6359, 用这个比例来算家属，我觉得严重不准，家属我看至少30%-50%
的PERM应该有1个以上的家属，如果6000PERM，最后弄出9000 485带家属，我觉得不奇

老印从08年的33.67%到11年的52.24%只用了4年，赶明儿70%都不奇怪。

随FY2009 H-1B申请没被抽中的申请文件陆续被退件以后，针对没抽中H-1B 名额的人士

而过去曾经拥有H-1B 名额，可以在不占用新的名额的情况下，由新的雇主为你提出H-
1B Transfer 的申请，继续用完的H-1B。一般比较常见的情况是原本是H-1B 的身份，
后来因为种种原因转到 F-1或F-2或H-4 身份，在有新的雇主愿意雇用的情况下，可以
提出H-1B 的申请并在批准后为新的雇主工作。
比较特别的是，如果你曾经提出了H-1B 的申请，也获得了批准，却因为种种原因没有
为当初为你申请H-1B的雇主工作(也就是说从来没为H-1B 雇主工作过)，只要雇主没有
revoke 或 withdraw 你的H-1B，你仍然占著H-1B 的名 |
