digestion problem from the smell i have an oil fuel like taste in my mouth.
and the manufacture denying anything wrong with the car. i drive this

大部分学校认为两种hood都属于装修的一部分，算在装修实验室的钱里面。跟你买设备
的启动资金应该分开。Biosafety好办，买VWR的就好了。Fume hood非常麻烦，因为要
动HVAC。不是买一个hood就可以，很可能整个排气系统要调整，装好了还要平衡实验室
的气压。所以一定要多要装修经费。
incubator就买fisher的。跟代理讲讲价，两个铜的大概能10k搞定。冷冻冰箱千万别买
fisher，噪声大的吓人。看看其他牌子吧，你要钱的时候得按15k要，否则会不够的。
另外这种冰箱一般要220v电源，装修的时候记住算电工的钱。 |

对于比较贵重的高速离心机，可以同时买一个service plan
cell culture hood, CO2 cell incubator, -80 degree freezer, pipets, 这些建议

lab,电线都是从天花板上吊下来的3个插座。水的话是看到墙长伸出的出水口，没有管
道和sink。通风没看到，据系主任说隔壁是有fume hood的，所以只能祈祷只需要小改

现在TJ maxx有很多，3.5qt， 5.5qt的都有，Braiser也有，我看到的都是cherry red
的，经典红色，感觉还不错。不过TJ maxx卖的是二等品，一定要仔细挑，可能会有锅
盖不匹配的现象
前几天sur la table也有staub的两款颜色：la mer和Fumee铸铁锅打七折，现在网上没

teflon 需要用PFOA

问题在于中国人炒菜多， 有时粗心导致过热。所以一旦有过过热以后我就不想用了。

inspection过后有两个问题我比较纠结：
1。房子里的设备比较旧，基本上都是建房时安装的，除了water heater是01年的。
water heater 10年，inspector说平均使用年龄12－18年，但是我又听人说
water heater 10年怎么都该换了，不知道大家怎么看？
A/C 16年，inspector说平均使用年龄12－18年，到年龄该换了，但是最好和
furnance一起换。
furnance 16年，平均使用年龄20－25年，估计还能坚持5年。
还有furnance humidifier控制加水开关的那个调节阀位置很不合理，藏在高温
的热水管后面，容易烫到手
我希望能够让seller出点钱更换这些设备，但是不知道要多少合适，希望大家给点建议
。也不知道直接让他们更换A/C和water heater, 然后relocate humidifier
controller是否现实。
