以前也听说过环保的、安全的涂料现在应用很广泛了，但我们公寓用的这个显然不像是
安全的。如果是公寓负责paint，而不是你自己负责选购涂料，那么建议你们还是不要
刷墙了。 |

Moscato d'Oro
Pinot Noir，确实像老包说的，入口比较平淡，但是韵味悠长；Cabernet Sauvignon，
入口有很强的“焦”味，不知该怎么形容；就像有的酒评家形容自己发现的特别的味道
时，说的“潮湿的猫的”味道；-）这个说法是大熊的一位从法国来的前同事讲的

我买房的时候也是有～1万的termite inspection quote, 主要是cost是厨房和厕所的
water leak damage；当时反正是老房子我要彻底remodel厨房厕所的，没犹豫就出手了
，最后装修也就多花了$1K换木头和一些下水管。
有经验的agent可以帮你估计个差不多
当然还花了1.6K tent fume 杀白蚁，买老房子的话这个cost基本没法避免 |
