这些年到美国旅游的中国游客逐年增加，有自驾游的，也有组团乘坐大巴横贯美国大陆
的。不少在美国中西部及南部旅游的游客，对那里高速公路几乎不收费印象深刻，故而
有人疑惑地问道：美国高速公路“有收费站吗？”我们的回答是：有，但收费公路所占
比例很小，不到高速公路总里程数的4%，并且主要集中在东部，因此，美国人常常又称
高速公路为免费公路（Freeway）。不过，目前的趋势是公路收费正在逐步增多。
从“国际桥梁、隧道和收费公路协会（IBTTA）”发表的2015年收费报告中，可以得知
如下统计：
一：在全美50个州中，34个州有高速公路或桥梁、隧道收费点；其他16个州则完全没有
收费点。另外根据维基百科的统计，在50个州中，有21个州从来没有收费高速公路，还
有3个州曾经有过收费高速公路，但后来又取消了，这些州主要集中在中西部，包括阿

至于西语裔投票给奥巴马，主要是奥巴马承诺要移民改革，让更多的拉丁裔受惠，
