The Mediterranean Diet has been king of the hill for the last several years.
While low-carb and low-fat camps continue to trade jabs, each amassing

which is neither) has risen above the fray, trumping every diet it's

题记：曹明华是我多年老朋友，目前在美国工作。不久前方舟子批评了曹明华，内
容主要针对曹明华两年前在国内出版的一本书《生命科学手记》，但批评涉及面超出了
这本书本身。最近，曹明华写了一篇回应文章，原标题为《回答方舟子》。原文较长，
