金。再订个很一般的酒店，用贵的receipts 报销差旅费。每次出差弄个几百块小钱。
被我无意中发现了。难道HR就无法看出来吗？很想提醒他不要为了几个小钱丢了工作。
我倒不至于提防，就是纠结是否提醒他一下，他也算是我的一个朋友和同盟了，很多事
情上大家互相照应。我无意中发现，别人可能也有机会发现。

说原先的卡关闭了，给我寄张新卡来。这是我在用这卡才半年的时间里第二次遇到同样
的事情了，已经换过一次卡了。两次连fraud transaction的对象都是一样的，都是USA
Technologies，而且都是只$5.这次问了一下客服，说是在Pennsylvania发生的，不是
我所在的州，所以立即就给我通知了。只是这么频繁地发生这样的事情是不是太不正常
了？
另外我想起两次发生fraud transaction的当天我都在系里的vending machine上刷过这
张卡，第一次成功了，这一次是有error没成功，最后我用现金买的。会跟这台机器有
关系吗？但是我这次在那台机器上用了Citi的这张卡不成功之后又换了另一张Chase的
信用卡试了一下，还是不行，但Chase的卡并没有fraud transaction，我看了Chase卡
的消费记录也很正常。但我想想两次fraud transaction除了这个也没啥其它的共同点

了。和FR team，RAT team不是一个尿性。
大家有没有啥经验怎么避免要求call back？感觉chase的方法挺好，邮件+短信，你验
证了再刷就能过，也给你提个醒，短期内别再搞了。amex感觉稍微有点落后啊（美其名
曰安全等级高），大额必然decline，然后就要打电话过去，并且威胁30天内不打回去
就关卡。
我有几个思路：
1、避开重灾区。但是该去的还就是那几个地方，CVS是重点名单，我都被fraud好几回
了。那711，kroger是否好些？都是重灾区？
2、匍匐前进，阶梯式提高消费habit，不过有的时候开卡就那三个月，等不起啊，先买
100，再买300，最后买500的，可行？
3、large purchase标记。这个我chase做过，就是发SM告诉他们我最近有个large
purchase，不要decline我（机票之类的，好几大千呢），然后一般都是会给你加个
note，不过感觉加个note这种也能行？decline的当时不就瞬间decline了嘛，系统又不

不是主观故意把原来原本计划按投资房的房子用自住屋名义申请，严格讲不算fraud，
因为人的生活状态不是能够预测的，例如家里多添了一个孩子要换大房子，孩子上学碰
到了更好的学区房，或者说换工作要到其它的地方去，原来的lender不会强行要求你把
贷款refinance成投资房，一年以内换房的话后一个房子的贷款lender则需要你写一封
letter of explanation，如果这个解释从逻辑上能够说的通，贷款一般是会被批准的。

我来说一件我们中国人把聪明才智用到了fraud的一件事.
淘宝假USPS label相信很多人都曾经听闻过。但你们可能想不到MITBBS也有这样的事。
而且很多小护士不知不觉已经成为从犯。
在MITBBS里，有个R字头的神医，无论多大，多重的打印机，基本上无一例外，全用
USPS priority mail.MX892，7065DN，M251NW，这些打印机块头够大了吧，够重了吧，
你们哪个神医敢用USPS priority mail寄？
这个R神医就敢。这些打印机，如果是病人出了高价，运到AK，HI也就算了，但这些
LABEL基本上都是运美国大陆的。凡事不合情理，必有你想不到的地方。是的，
我想出来了。这些几十磅的priority mail,全是用3oz 的1st class mail

事情是这样的。。。在版上和两个朋友买了一些boscov gc，然后打电话合并。。。
在下单以前电话check balance是对的。。。下单后第二天账户被suspend，打电话去问
说涉及fraud。。。
boscov fraud department的客服态度特差，说他们不会还钱。。。说gc是哪里来的就
去哪里complain
现在该怎么办？
能不能报警找警察？还是bbb？ |
