宝宝29周因为妈妈大出血刨腹产出生，体重1350Gg，现在33周+5天，体重2080g,
男。现住NICU.
出生以后在呼吸机上不到一天即可自主呼吸，给少量氧气，三天以后就正常自主呼吸了。
开始有黄疸问题，照蓝光两次以后好了。
从出生后第三天开始母乳喂养，从4CC/FEED提高到现在的40CC/FEED了，现在每天喂8次
，有两到三次的瓶喂。
母乳的量上去以后体重增长得很快，但每天有ANPEA/BRADY的问题，大概一天有4、5次的
样子，瓶喂以后这个症状比较明显，特别是在喂食以后。
前天护士发现大便外边有血丝，怀疑是肛门处的血管出血，开始密切关注大便，同时停
止在母乳里加入FORTIFIER。昨天又在大便里发现血丝（用肉眼看不到，需要用试剂显
示，但是是在大便里面包裹的）。大便次数和形状颜色都正常。
腹部比较胀，但是护士医生触摸以后都说宝宝肚子不算硬，可他平躺时肚皮上比较大的
血管肉眼可见。事实上，两周以前妈妈就觉得BB的肚子比从前大，眼皮和小腿好像有些
浮肿，但是医生看了以后说没问题。后来肚子大的问题一直都有，眼皮肿时好时坏。

宝宝是29周早产，现在43周，全母乳喂养，从前加过FORTIFIER，但是出现便血，就停
了。两周前去做检查，儿医说宝宝有点儿肿，就开始各种检查，不正常的指标是：
总蛋白：4.6 G/DL
血清白蛋白：2.8 G/DL
血色素：8.4 G
做了好多次好多项检查了。也看了肝胆科医生、化验了尿和便便、照了心脏B超、腹部B
超、还做了胸透、腹透、都没有看出来问题。
从外表看，还有黄疸，最近开始消退；肚子比较鼓、眼泡肿；前一段时间小JJ和阴囊也
有点肿，现在好了；有脐疝，疑似肠疝，还没有做B超看。
我们从上周开始吃FER-IN-SOL和TRI-VI-SOL（准备改成POLY-VI-SOL）。宝宝的钙不低
。我想让他吃上两周再检查。医生让我们接着做检查，又开了一个B超单两个化验单。

说两句：
1，不要惊慌。先停止喂食，包括母乳/formula。但要适量补充温开水，防止脱水。
2，发烧多半是由疫苗而起，也不排除是过敏的重度反应。疫苗后（多数）孩子都比较
虚弱，嗜睡、低烧都不算少见，这时候添加蛋黄是你的问题。
3，添加辅食建议听听这边医生的建议，按规律循序渐进。SEARS和AAP都不推荐鸡蛋作
为1st foods。国内可能很多人认为应该从蛋黄开始喂，这种经验规律对大多数孩子可
能没事——毕竟，过敏体质的孩子是少数。但对此过敏的一旦碰上就很惨。
4，孩子瘦的话先检查自己的喂奶安排。无论怎样，母乳和fortified formula是1岁之
前最好、最全面的营养来源。

我把米糊化在母乳里，也会有黑色沉淀出来，把米糊化在水里就没有。因为米糊是加了
铁的，我怀疑是铁盐碰到奶里面的什么东西后铁被析出来了。
formula也是iron fortified，有没有可能黑色的东东是铁的颗粒呢？ |

我现在回想起来，在孩子拉肚子那段时间，我泡奶的时候有发现奶瓶里有黑色沉淀，就
是那种黑色的小颗粒，那几罐持续都有，记得特别清楚，因为当时孩子拉肚子时，我怕
是水不行，每次都是现烧的水，然后溶解奶粉，特别烫，我就把奶瓶晃啊晃啊，无聊的
时候看了瓶底，确实那段时间有黑色沉淀，很小的颗粒状。
所以提醒各位美妈，泡完奶后静置一下，看看是否有黑色沉淀。

发帖数: 11261 | 50 Gnc里面的vitamin A是类胡萝卜素，没关系的。我现学现卖一下，上网看的是有两种
vitamin A, 一种是从动物来的，称为preformed vitamin A，这种直接转化成人体需要
的retinol，这种vitamin不能吃过量，但是上限很高，大概safe的阈值是8000 iu，但
是也不能不吃，一般孕妇推荐的每天摄入量是2600 IU左右，鸡蛋，牛奶和fortified的
食物里面都有。以前有个研究是如果吃的剂量高于10000 IU的话，有birth defect的风
险变高，另外的研究表明如果少于8000 IU的话，没有直接证据表明birth defect的比
例变高。所以一般8000是magic number。一般说了来孕妇不能多吃肝脏就是因为肝脏里
含有大量的preformed vitamin A。另外一种是provitamin A，从植物来的，比如说胡
萝卜里面都很多，这种vitamin A一般在体内根据需要转化成retinol，一般认为这种
vitamin是不会有toxic factor的，不然的话孕妇连胡萝卜都不能吃了。
