$6/月保10万 is not cheap at all. you are insured in a group (your company)
with others (some might be old, sick, etc.), and actually you're paying "
extra" for them (with your age).
只要10万 is nothing (even on top of your 2x salary) IF (god forbids)
something happened to you. if you have family with kids/elders, i'd say 500K
term insurance is minimum. |

去年年底和老公一起申请了i-485，走的是他的EB1b（我是副卡），今年年初拿到了EAD
和AP，目前还没有面试约谈，纯等。我目前是F-1准备下半年毕业，已经拿到了工作
offer。有没有人知道我现在还能不能用F-1的身份申请OPT，然后用OPT申请到的EAD去
工作？
之所以不想用i-485申请的EAD来工作是因为担心如果i-485没过(god forbid)，还可以
用OPT的身份继续留美工作. 我从国际留学生办公室得到的信息是可以用OPT来继续申，
但是后来考古网上一些别人的提问，感觉很多人都说485 pending期间不能申OPT了。。。
版上有人在i-485 pending期间真的申请过OPT然后悲剧或者过了的么？谢谢大家!

合约中第18条特别讲到KEY 请注意C条款 它有没有说房客"can not, shall not,
must not" rekey / change locks / opening devices? 没有吧? rekey不是光指複
製KEY 它讲的就是换锁 换锁是房客的权利 你要是不满意房东给你装的锁 那你就自
己找个Mobile Locksmiths 花个$120元把它换掉 这很简单的一件事
但房东基本上不喜欢房客换锁 所以合约中文字写得很隐晦 但你可以看看 合约中完
全没有Forbid房客换锁的文字
