He singled out the Chinese debt for requiring special concern, when it's
only 1/7 of total debt, and <1/20 of the entire obligation. He race-baited
the kids to say something outrageous. When he got the outrageous comment,
he LAUGHed and later brought back the idea to say: "should we allow the
Chinese to live?".
The kids were encouraged and laughing the entire show. Before and after the
