1. msrp大概86105，Truecar上给的good price是81083，factory invoice是80844
2. 第一次给dealer直接问价，他报的81000，然后他问我理想价是啥。（之前看了个帖
子，有位朋友在今年7月31买ml350，加上fleet program（ml车型是2000刀），总共优
惠了7500刀）所以我就说之前有个dealer给我优惠了7000刀，然后我还有公司的fleet
program（cls是优惠3000刀），我希望是81000-2000=79000-fleet=76000。那销售在电
话里说优惠7000刀，我们干不了，我说那好吧，我也在跟其他dealer联系，如果有需要
我再联系你吧。
然后过了大概10分钟，那哥们打电话来我没听到，然后他发邮件说这个价格我们可以
make a deal,然后让我今天给他电话
如果是76000的车价，NJ的税7%，OTD=76000*1.1=83600
有几个地方不太懂：

政府公务用车，大公司用车都是fleet。
第二，大家对二手车容忍度比一手车高，因为suppose会有些问题。
你那个比例只是给租车公司的比例。实际租车公司只占fleet的不到一半。
minivan的fleet比例以前发过，
基本上GC/TC平均是50%,丰田是10%左右。
只不过我不像你，一套数据成天留着，发两个文就贴上来一遍 |

some discount dealer gave you overlaps with fleet. I am not an expert on
fleet, but this was told to me by almost all mercedes dealer I contacted, or
they simply say "my price to you is already lower than fleet", which I
think is Bull shit, but if that's what all dealer says, what can you do. |

您是亲身体会所以明白 本田一直全美都是比丰田贵 （同类型约一到两千）
只有老色狼同学一直说丰田比较贵，其目的我不是很清楚。
当然本田也相对更好 所谓一分钱 一分货
当然由于丰田，尼桑，马自达之流价格便宜，个大出租公司也随处可见
原来我一直以为本田不卖车给租车公司， 其实是错的，我问过某大租车公司专门负责
买卖车子的经理，为什么租车选项没有本田车型，他回答买本田车没有任何价格优势，
当然还是有个别地点有少之又少的本田车型以供那些专门要求本田汽车的用户。
我又问过本田内部人士为什么不给租车公司优惠，本田回答，本田不鼓励fleet sale所
以租车公司买车和其他个人拥护一样的价格，本田不需要用fleet数字冲销量，以保障
本田的resale 品质和价格。
换句话说 价格贵 没有fleet sale支持(例如福特有些车型三分之一都是fleet sale)的
本田 那才是真正的牛b
抗日先锋模范foxbat都必需拥有的，用来载全家出行的车，如果不是出类拔萃，哪能消
其每天开恨之入骨的牌子的车的煎熬呢？ |

蛋，因为丰田的市场基数太大，即使是占少数销量的丰田fleet数量，也比以fleet为主
要市场的福特数量大。

稍薄些。个人觉得Sense7.6手感比红黑更扎实些，小力量时出球更线性些，中等力量也
更稳定点，发大力拉球的弧线不如红黑贼。Sense7.6发力透板时的击球声比红黑好听，
红黑有点“哐啷啷”的声音，跟Ti5.4的有些类似，个人不太喜欢这种击球声。
Ludeack Power 和 Ludeack Fleet虽然两者都带Ludeack，其实手感和性能并无传承性
。Fleet更薄，我打过的两支分别是6.0和6.1，Power我烧的那支是6.5。Fleet拉弧圈比
Power更容易蓄能，球着台后二跳更奔，底劲大一些。Power虽更厚，但手感更软，吃球
感不错，推挡也更扎实一些。Power贴双反手感有点闷，不如Fleet通透，但贴单面却感
觉非常好，跟蝴蝶Yoshida Kaii同为个人心目中最适合单面拉的两款七夹板。 |

丁汝昌没有正规海军训练，却是Admiral of the fleet
刘步蟾去过英国，但是没有进入海军学院，就是短期实习了几个月，比较东乡在英国六
七年苦学加上实习。他结果也是fleet的flag officer
邓世昌也没有留洋
高升事件，事实上算是哗变，因为船长已经决定投降了。这是一条包租英国船，清军算
是乘客。结果后来在英国打官司，判日方没有任何责任。当时日军攻打高升的，就是东
乡平八郎。
整个北洋海军，除了比较勇敢，在海军技术，战术上都比较差劲。武器比日本好，但是

ok, it may not be appropriate to use the
ending as a proof of the importance of fleet
strength, but i do think number is important.
if it is not, why don't one of them reduce
their fleet to a thousand ships so that they
can save some resources? tactics and luck
is useless when you're seriously out numbered,
however, it is possible to defeat a large

看了一篇的文章
有解释为啥Shell Rotella T、Mobil Delvac这些heavy duty diesel oil的Used oil
analysis结果都很突出的原因，普通engine oil是S certification，例如SJ、SM。商
用truck engine oil是C certification， 目前是CI、CJ。C的additive package比S的
牛x很多，但有可能会不兼容乘用车上的catalytic converter。
我的G35目前就在用Shell Rotella T，摩托车下次换油也准备用这个。mobil的
synthetic motorcycle oil 1 quart 12刀，受不了。
