Darda:
- stir-fried knife-cut noodle, one of the best in the bay area
- beef noodle, decent enough but flavor is light (use thin noodle)
- chaomamian, looks great but they never put salt in it, so must get the
spicy version to get any flavor at all
in general, knife-cut noodles for stir-fry and thin noodles for soup based.

Protein Isolate, unflavored. Pure whey protein, no added flavor, artificial
sweeteners. Search Amazon, 10lb bag is ~$85. Mix with milk or soy milk not
water. Otherwise, it tastes bad. If you can stand artificial sweeteners, you
might want to try flavored. I do not recommend though. |

I eat plain yogurt.You can always add fresh blueberry or strawberry for
flavor. Why do you have to eat artificially flavored yogurt?
recently I eat one slice of Trader Joe's 100% Rye bread per day, just to
boost up my calories intake. It has 2g sugar per slice (100 kcal). I think
that's reasonable... If I eat a slice of watermelon, I will skip rye bread
on that day. For me, it's just a way to add carb and 100 kcal to my diet. |

都出现在 starbucks.
espresso 根本就不苦，好的 espresso 的标准是甘甜的有一层自然的 crema, 没有酸
苦。再说 espresso 咖啡打磨出来的粉末一般是比一般的咖啡要粗的，太细了会 over
extract, 就苦了。
能呛人的 espresso？ 呵呵，喝的难道是土耳其方法调制的咖啡？正常情况下
espresso 不会带出咖啡渣的。
还有所谓氧气 brings up coffee's flavor, 还“众所周知”？拜托，那个吹气的是 steamer, 为了 froth milk 用的，就是蒸汽而已，跟咖啡的 flavor 无关。milk 被 heat 到一定温度之后形成很细小的 foam, 牛奶里面的自然的甜味这时候更明显。 |

分的供应, 常在生长层(cambium)接合前, 接穗就已干死. 所以生长层的密接与接穗的
保湿是要点. 我的四合一Bench Graft 及Cleft Graft都有. 当然Chip Budding 或 T
Budding也是好方法.

开始改喝mountain dew 喝了有些年头 后来我也被我们家领导带坏了不喝水

首先声明我可不是专业的，大家问的多就来抛块砖头，鼓励专家多来切磋。
我这里主要针对有一定基础的新手，注重简单明快的调节手法，没有商业专家的精细手
段，避免过多的摄影和光学术语。
第一个问题为什么要调色？
很多人不喜欢后期，有的认为器材里出来才是原汁原味，后期是加味精。其实数码时代
机器本身就是一台自动PS机，直出的片子是机器电脑根据一些大众化的公式计算出来的
，用户只可以选择一下是vivid还是natural等几个flavor，哪有什么原味，机器和后期
就像自动挡和手动挡的区别。机器里内置的PS能满足大部分的到此一游照，也有很多满
足不了的时候，更重要的是机器自己调节的片子一般比较中性，往往掩盖了片子本身巨
大的潜力。因此我用数码机，从来都是用RAW模式，自己来发掘片子的潜力。不喜欢后
期的人真没必要上DSLR，因为DSLR注重的是RAW的潜力，机内配的JPEG engine还不如很
