Darda:
- stir-fried knife-cut noodle, one of the best in the bay area
- beef noodle, decent enough but flavor is light (use thin noodle)
- chaomamian, looks great but they never put salt in it, so must get the
spicy version to get any flavor at all
in general, knife-cut noodles for stir-fry and thin noodles for soup based.
Top Cafe:
- gancaoniuhe, one of the best in the area
- yang zhou fried rice, used to be very good but nowadays very oily and
soggy
