These guys don't know what risks they are taking by using ARMs.
They actually are betting again banks on not only the interest rates but
also the yield curve shape (flatten or steepen). Like you said, when yield
curve reversed (short term > long term), then ARMs rates are actually higher

Banks have all the weapons to calibrate the yield curves and use historical
data and economic analysis to forecast future rates. A normal customer doesn

提高
一般来说,对于同一个人,越轻越软的球杆挥起来,杆头速度会越快。铁杆看准确性,
木杆看距离,这就是为什么即便是在pro圈里,木杆杆身也基本上都是graphite材质的
原因。这里面还有个launch angle的问题。抛物线太高了,速度再快也飞不远,而且飞
高了受风影响也大很多。所以杆身越轻飞的越远也不是一定的,当然对于大部分业余球
友来说,选择更轻更软的shaft比较合适。
这个要去fit,每个人swing方法不一样。比如,偏向one plane swing的人可以去试着
flatten几度杆头。ben hogan,我记得5尺8寸吧,flat 2 degree
应该是偏左,不过可以靠调整release来补偿。主要是对高水平球友来说,大的offset
在要shape ball的时候不太好控制,所以比较prefer小offset甚至没有offset的球杆。 |

1. 发球。这个环节提高最大,纳豆的发球局现在非常稳,ACE球和直接得分球越来越多。
2. 网前。纳豆仍然是底线为主,但他目前上网有板有眼的,网球的判断和手感相当不
错,非常实在。
3. 切削。纳豆的切削仍然比不上小费那么有攻击性和富于变化,不过他现在基本上可
以用切削在草场上进行过渡和相持。
