大家都知道几乎所有州都不允许买卖game fish。那么其它交易呢？我个人认为要慎重
。比如加州，法规条款里只写了不准买卖，并没有说其它类型交易，原文如下，

先去了The Fishery & Market （http://www.opentable.com/the-fishery）, 结果因为彩蛋节，关门，然后就近去了Pacific Beach Fish Shop. 点了6个tacos（jumbo shrimp, swordfish, mahi, scallop,salmon），一个shrimp cocktails,6个 Oysters 。外加一份Fish N chips。俩大人，俩小孩，加tips总共90. 吃的不错。
10月份再去SD的时候，要试试The Fishery 和Sushi Ota,看起来都是高大上的饭店。这
次SD三天，吃了两天小肥羊。一天海鲜tacos,不过瘾。
墨西哥海鲜多，估计是和我们国人一样什么都敢吃吧，呵呵。 |

二、力求简单，不搞复杂；三、这里是说在西雅图的 Lincoln Park 的海边钓三文鱼，
与其他地方可能略有不同。海滩钓三文鱼是天下最没挑战性的钓法，非常简单，简单到
无聊。

Joe聊渔，说到shad时，Joe说Virginia早已经不允许留鱼（shad)了。虽然我一直不主

素里一个亚裔男子因非法捕蟹，已遭法庭吊销商业捕蟹牌照一年，以及罚款7,000元。
加拿大渔业及海洋部（Fisheries and Oceans Canada）官员在8月5日的一次海面例行
巡查中，从素里男子黄丁礼（Dinh Ly Hoang，译音）驾驶的「Gee Gee 1號」小艇上，
发现他所捕捉688只唐金蟹（Dungeness Crab），当中326只小於壳宽16.5厘米的合法捕
捉標准，或为雌蟹。
而於8月23日在史蒂夫斯顿码头（Steveston Harbour）进行的另一次检查中，渔业及海
洋部官员再次从「Gee Gee 1號」小艇检获大量小於合法捕捉標准的蟹，而当中也有雌
蟹。
素里省级法院日前裁定，黄丁礼违反《渔业法》（Fisheries Act），吊销他的商业捕
蟹牌照一年，並缴付罚款7,000元。
