太悲剧了。前不久还在为打破保持36年之久的大嘴记录欢呼，突然之间记录被取消，还
面临着罚款甚至牢狱之灾，原因仅仅是由于一张过期的渔证。
记得2010年北卡的一场钓马林的大赛，冠军队因为其中一个成员没有渔证，成绩被取消
，一百万美金的奖金泡汤。这两人应该是因为没买渔证而导致的最大悲剧者了。相信如
果再给他们一次机会，他们一定会第一时间买好渔证。可惜这样的机会一辈子估计都不
会再有了。

谁也不能保证钓pollock时不会上cod。
以后钓这些鱼，需要出海很远了。Day trip的范围基本都会禁止。
大家可以给NOAA去email或电话，表示对全面禁渔的反对。保护cod应该，但是全面禁渔
太过严厉。

fishery agreement, which was heavily influenced by S. Korean spy. Then send
out the patrol ships to protect the fishing fleet, like the government did
