星期三是预产期过了四天，约好了那天晚上去医院为第二天的催产做准备。就在这个周
一，我开始觉得有肚子
疼，也隐隐约约能感觉到宫缩了，周二是最后一次产检，我满怀期望地去了ob office
，希望能有进展，可是内检
的结果还是fingertip dialated，并且宫颈还是很长，看来被催是不可避免了。
周三早上起床发现有鲜血，因为头一天做了内检，所以搞不清是见红还是内检出血，但
是量要比spotting多，我
和老公紧张起来，再加上宝宝动得不是很多，我们给ob office打电话，诊所让我们去
做个nst，从nst上可以看见
我有比较强的间隔大概七八分钟的宫缩，宝宝心跳什么也都正常，于是医生让我们还是
照老计划，下午去医院放
软化宫颈的药，周四早上开始催产。
下午去了医院，上了胎心监控以后，护士说我已经有间隔2-4分钟的宫缩了，但是都不
强，持续时间也不长。她先
给我做了个内检，发现还是只是fingertip dialated，但是已经是50％ effacement了
，于是照计划给我上了软化宫

发帖数: 632 | 9 7月3号due, 7月7号小妞还是很淡定,连假宫缩都没有,每天游泳爬楼梯吃菠萝,没任何感
觉. 7月8号本来就约了看羊水的量监控宝宝心跳, 所以准备去跟ob约了催产, 凌晨的时
候突然觉得像来例假加要大便的感觉, 开始还不知道是宫缩, 去了洗手间回来感觉还是
一样,于是开始算时间, 发现10分钟apart, 持续一个小时以上,没见红也没破水,所以觉
得到生还早呢.因为已经有了appointment,决定先去检查, 不过产包也带上了,以防万一
,结果去了就发现羊水只有4了,话说两天前检查还是12呢! (这里给jsm提醒一下,没有感
觉到破水,但是羊水少了的可能性 1. 漏水你不知道-我应该没有漏水. 2. 过了预产期
胎盘开始老化, 旧的羊水被吸收,没有新的羊水了,所以过了预产期大家还是要小心监控
.) 因为羊水少,当下就被收了,开始监控心跳.
进了labor room以后, 护士来检查开指情况, 这个护士的手法真是能把老娘疼死, 开始
还以为都是这么疼, ob来了以后才知道这绝对是手法问题,所以如果大家的护士检查的

简述版本：
TI先讲了网球、高尔夫、棒球的击球发力方式：利用躯干转动来蓄能，就像load
spring一样，然后再利用躯干带动肩、肩带动大臂、大臂带动小臂这样层层加速达到最
大击球力量的。说游泳也应该这样最大化划水力量。
下面这两段话讲了怎样利用转体的时候来“蓄能”，但是我在理解上还是有困难，不是
很明白和击球的转体相似在哪里了。

You cannot use your fingertips to dink the ball over the net, whether the ball
going upward or downward. However, You can use your fist, palm, knuckles to
hit the ball over. I don't think there is any restrictions on the direction of
the ball across the net, as long as you don't use your fingertips (including
upperhand set). B.V. is a great game of ball control. You have to be a great
passer/digger, smart hitter (doesn't have to be hard-hitting) and a good
blocker. Tough to play.

昨晚烤的，放冰箱过夜，早上拿出来，切一块，凉凉的，甜甜的，美得不得了。
下面是蛋糕的方子，我把糖的量减半了，做出来的蛋糕的确不够甜，因为蓝莓本身不是
太甜，要是甜一些会更好吃。
Streusel Topping:
1/3 cup (45 grams) all purposeflour

pressed the blood onto a paper, then mail it to a specified lab. I'm
