黑暗金属
乐队介绍：污秽摇篮(Cradle Of Filth)成立于1992年，来自英国的 Colchester，在
乐风上，他们受到了一些老团如: Celtic Frost、Bathory、Diamanda Galas 和
Mercyful Fate 等的影响，同时也具备了一些大文豪如拜伦、雪莱 和尼采等同样的

Silly. Two athletes that want to win that can communicate together in a
common language. This is one of the things that make sport great. China

、B、C三类进行管理, 该制度遵循 “鼓励高端、控制一般、限制低端”之原则。
然而, 新政策的出台却遭到了某些西方媒体的质疑，《纽约时报》甚至称该制度将在华
工作的老外分为“三六九等”。同时, 一些正在中国工作或意向在中国找工作的外国人
也开始焦虑, 担心自己被归为B类或C类。
这明显又是西方国家惯用的双重标准：它们自己用各种语言要求、专业要求严格限制来
自其他国家的技术移民, 却理所当然地希望中国可以无条件地向来自发达国家的工作者
敞开大门。当中国经济发展到一定程度, 而开始更加精细地筛选外国来华工作者时，一
部分傲慢惯了的西方人就又开始嚷嚷了。
笔者认为该制度大有裨益：首先，它与其他国家，尤其是主流发达国家的外国人工作许
可制接轨；其次，它能根据中国的经济需要吸收有用的国际人才；最后，它或许还能帮
助某些自命不凡的外国人清醒地认识自己和当今的中国。
