than NSC. Another reason could be that TSC has fewer cases to process and

0) No doubt that it will be good for EB3->2 porters and those EB2 who missed
the July's fiasco in 2007.
But for those EB2s who are already in line:
1) It is better for folks whose PDs are current and will be current before
this September because they could get the cards one or two months earlier.
2) It is worse for folks who are right later than the cut-off date for this
September, and some might have to wait for another year or so because they

China and India will use 2.5K and EB3 will use 1-2k. In August and September
EB1 and EB2 ROW will use 5k-10k (really depends on whether USCIS expedite
the EB1 and EB2 ROW). |

In November, it will hit USCIS harder because it is estimated 8k people will
submit 485 with PD from 7.15-11.1.
It looks like CO will use 8k visa number to clean up 2007 fiasco, so the
total demand before 11.1 will be around 10k.
It depends on whether CO thinks 10k is a large enough number for this year.
If he thinks 10k is big enough, then he will stop movement. If he wants
another 10k, he needs to move PD to April or sth. |

Remember not long ago, the consensus on this board is EB2C will have to wait
7-10 yrs to file 485? or it will take another year or two to clean up 07
fiasco? Why? cuz at that time we didn't know there will be 10K "otherwise
unused visas" from Eb1.
3012 will guarantee Eb2C can get at least 5000+ visas EVERY YEAR, if not

GC in 2008. O changed it to horizontal and all of sudden, EB3IC stopped
moving. EB2IC jumped ahead. Then the phone call fiasco.
He finally got the GC. Now, he just wants to collect easy money in here.

done.
He was so mad of O changed SO from vertical (EB2ROW -> EB3ROW -> EB3IC) to
horizontal (EB2ROW -> EB2IC). He called every EB3 to phone bombed O. O was
so pissed and 'accidentally' assigned far fewer visa to EB3 next year. Then
the law suit. Then 中印绑.
LIA, list a good thing you did. Where are those $80k money?

No way. I drove back from the gym to home on Saturday evening. 4 hour and 34
minutes door to door (gym to my home). To Xiyu, we need: at least 1.5 hour
before the flight, 5.5 hour flight, 1 hour to get off plane and from airport
to gym. That's total of 8 hours. But that's not the main point. If I can
combine Xiyu with something else, I will go.
