面
小说里的筵席, 大概是party的意思, 或者是affair的意思. 不过, 这么多评论, 乱纷纷
的, 确实象一场feast. 总是这样, 一些人的affair, 就是另一些人的feast. 看不见的,
看得见的, 总是很安然地把别人的故事切成一片片的, 倒入杯中, 再留一片插在杯沿.
其实我也一样, 虽然说是反对在道德上评判别人, 可是忍不住很放肆的议论别人的行文,
想起来难免也是属于瞎眼的呢.
我也是最近才来这里看的. 正好赶上《筵席》, 就从头看到了尾. 顺便说了些费话.
嗯, 可以想见. :) Feminist怎么看他的sonnet呢? 说到叶芝的时候, 不知怎么想起了莎
士比亚, 然后是Sonnet十八. 说是写给一位young man. :-)

麦金能有一本书在台湾有翻译,「性骚扰与性别歧视」,
时报出版社。赖慈芸、雷文玫、
李金梅合译。
因为她的「女性主义的国家理论」相当厚且复杂,所以
我就挑了其中的三章来报告。本来还想报告最後一章,
"Toward Feminist Jurisprudence",但因为前三章已
经很复杂,所以就先报告它们了。麦金能是一个很好的
美国法学专家,所以她的「女性主义的国家理论」,
主要讨论的是许多法学、法律、还有与国家的关系等等,
起码我读的部份是如此,所以与一般社会学所说的「国
家理论」,相当的不同,但一样地有趣。
□ 第八章,「自由主义」的国家。
首先,麦金能提了许多「国家理论」,「国家机器」究
竟是为谁「服务」?「国家机器」的「相对自主性」云
云的含糊说法等。然後,她说,因为女性主义者没有真
正面对「性」与国家/社会的关系,所以常常在「自由
派」与「左派」的国家理论二者之间徘徊。就「自由派」
而言,女性只是一抽象的人权,成为多元社会中的一个
利益团体。而就左派而言,往往建议女性全然放弃「国

what you compare it to. On one hand it’s no match for 《1984》. On the
other hand, it maybe the most interesting piece I’ve seen from any
self-proclaimed feminist.
Then I saw two reviews on 《Oryx and Crake》and decided not to read her pseudo
Sci-Fi any more. Maybe I should try《Blind Assassin》instead.
Nevertheless I like her reviews of other authors. They seem to be decent,

一、注意“长老”不是“老年人”可能是年轻人或中年人。请长老抹油祷告是很正常的
,任何相信圣经的教会都会有人相信并实践的。
二、我不清楚怎样解释‘“圣经”“新约”明确要求女人在教会要“闭口不言”’。
我不知道这个教导是不是绝对的,或“明确”。
例如,哥林多前书十一章,
4 凡男人祷告或是讲道(讲道或作说预言下同),若蒙着头,就羞辱自己的头。 5 凡
女人祷告或是讲道,若不蒙着头,就羞辱自己的头。因为这就如同剃了头发一样。 6
女人若不蒙着头,就该剪了头发。女人若以剪发剃发为羞愧,就该蒙着头。
这些经文意为,女人可以讲道(先知预言)只有蒙头(要不就剪头发)就可以了。与哥
林多前书十四章34-35节的教导有异。我没时间具体查原文希腊文怎么写的。

i'm most interested in the more feminist books you posted. personally i think
the distinction between "gender" and "sex" is a very useful one, given that we
take into consideration that femininity and masculinity and degrees of
"genderedness" are also culturally, contextually, interactively, and
temporally relative .
