Anselmi & Law: Questions of Gender: Perspectives & Paradoxes
· I've personally loved it, but there is almost too much material for many
students to digest (even when being selective). The general consensus on the
students' part was negative.
· the students HATE it (too empirical I think for a 300 level class)
· a bit too old

i'm most interested in the more feminist books you posted. personally i think
the distinction between "gender" and "sex" is a very useful one, given that we
take into consideration that femininity and masculinity and degrees of
"genderedness" are also culturally, contextually, interactively, and
temporally relative .
