知道怎么越界到我的车道从侧面撞到了我的车。
现在卡车司机撒谎，说是我越界去快车道，所以才撞到我的。当场叫了911, 我向警察
提供了两点， 第一，发生事故的地方是到我家下高速的出口，我是从这个出口下高速
的，我不可能要跑到快车道上去。 第二，我的车有lane keeping， 如果是我换车道肯
定会给我warning. 警察说，不能根据这些给卡车ticket. 只能把这些写到report, 然
后让我拿这个report争取保险公司rule in favour of me.

了，这也太那个啥了，对吧。涂也不是，不涂也不是。在她几次催促下，俺抖着手总算
涂完了，这中间细节就不说了，反正不是很那个啥，基本是我手不动，她身体凑上来涂
防晒霜的样子。涂完了，她看俺呆呆的样子也不说话，尝试着找话题，我说，快去游泳
吧，一会儿太阳要下山，水就凉了。丫好像带点遗憾走了，我不知道哪做的不对，我们

成果发文章，太麻烦了----公司里的那个LEGAL部门，就能把人给烦死。
这是我收到的一个EMAIL，是来自Biohealthcare Publishing Oxford Limited的。这个
约稿，似乎不一定要拿自己的最新研究结果来发表。我以前只曾在业内的一些杂志灌过
水，但不怎么读“书”也对出版社不大了解。不知这个出版社名声如何？值得的撰稿吗
？真要写东西的话，估计投入的时间、精力估计会是大量的。
请前辈指教一二。如果是意义不大的事，就不用做了。真有那个空的话，还不如在杂志上灌点水或出去玩来得实在，呵呵。。。

我刚来，这个南美同事来了快一年了，老板对这个南美同事的评价是interpersonal
skills很好，系里的小蜜对他的评价也很好。我和这个南美同事share一个办公室。我
算是因为各种原因挂着research scientist衔头的postdoc，他是research scientist。
我对这个南美同事的印象很不好，我虽然刚来，但是这个项目和我的knowledge很match
,老板已经多次夸奖我。这个南美同事却对我总是黑着脸，对其他人都很热情。另外，
他对项目的理解完全就是错的，我觉得他属于不用心钻研的那种人。而且别的组的人问
起这个项目谁在做时，他只提其他人，却不提开发最核心模块，任务量最大的我。我是

一开始，印度人很懒，不想教我什么东西，不想负起应有的责任，什么事都推给大导师
。奥地利人还算负责任，但是想我做理论的题目，不想我学实证的东西。
两个小导师充分交流后，开始联合起来对付我，事情变得对我很不利。
首先，印度人是做实证的，他说是他提议我不做实证的（说是时间来不及），而写一篇
理论的文献综述。这明明是奥地利人的观点，但是印度人说是他提议的。
其次，我请教奥地利人一个问题，他不肯回答，说让我找大导师。这就是以前印度人的
做法，现在被奥地利人学来了。
我觉得两个小导师之间沟通的很好，互相包庇，互相给favour，结果就是事情变得对我
很不利：奥地利人学会了不负责任，印度人不肯再教我做实证的东西。
怎么才能打破他们之间的这种同盟，让他们都照我的意思办，做个对我有利和负责任的

GDX has more upside potential and more risk compared to GLD.
The risk for GLD is basically the risk for gold price.
The risks for GDX include not only the risk of gold price movement, which is
not controlled by the gold mining companies, but also other risks including

患者44岁，男，6年前因为肝癌做了肝移植 （符合米兰标准），之后无灾无病好几年。
去年2016年初发现轻微贫血，血色素12，因为当时在服小剂量阿司匹林，于是停服，看
看有没好转。托托拉拉到了年底，还是贫血，血色素10.5。医生说做个内镜。于是在胃
内发现一个肿瘤，内镜医生直觉是GIST。随后CT，但CT却没有异常。4月初第二次胃镜
，GIST依然还在，取样活检表明可能肝癌转移或者是非常罕见的HAC。第二次CT 报告大
小46x35mm，说比较第一次32mm变大了。可能第一次看片医生那天喝多了？肿瘤位置在
Fundus，非常接近GOJ。
AFP好久没有查了，因为肝上的情况一直很好，肝移植前AFP 100多，移植后AFP一直小
于2。上一次至少是2，3年前。也是疏忽了。现在AFP 254. 显然胃上这个要么是转移，
要么是HAC。
下周二医生还要安排一次PETCT，周三见外科医生，估计排除转移外就安排切除了。 求
这里的专家教授指点，这个情况如何是好？下面我贴上最近几个报告。

我倒不同意是层次问题，比如都是幼儿园老师，高兴的时候都能打打闹闹，你觉得她做
的不好的地方，你就能直接给黑人老师说你的concern, 她能帮你做她就会尽量帮你，
不能做她也会直说。
白人老师吧，就是口头礼貌些，说话弯弯绕绕很多，你说你的concern, 她一大堆礼貌

发帖数: 1447 | 44 Mm的宝宝适应得很快啊！我家宝宝比你家宝宝大三个月吧，和你家孩子的表现差不多，
不过lego没你家孩子玩得棒。近两年没回过国，中文超棒，可以和成人argue，一手硬
一手软使得随意自如；英语吗，虽然和native的相比还有差距，但是但凡能说出口的句
句顺溜，能用上比喻。因为英语他是完全自学的，所以我已经很满意了。目前我们玩的
是balance bike，估计夏天就能上踏板了。数字字母跟着大小孩儿自己学了不少，开始
从字母过渡到单词了。画画吗，随意，家里的毛笔水彩蜡笔怎么画都行。感觉他的想象
力不错，能把见过学过的东西融会贯通。身体很棒，和白人孩子穿一样多，一样运动。
和你相比，我懒散多了。工作占据了不少的精力，孩子的语言运动等都扔给daycare了
，只抓中文，家里杜绝英语。因为觉得他在daycare混得还不错，总体来说很欢乐，所
以暂时没安排play date，想看看他是不是能自己social。
我觉得孩子们自己成长得挺不错的。作为父母，我们也意识到他的各种不足，不过很多
问题随着年龄自然就治愈了，不急不急的。

发帖数: 1447 | 48 我倒是不惊诧孩子的语言能力，因为我家那个也一样。逻辑思维、词汇运用之准确，常
常令我们叹服。但是，你家孩子如此的情商，如此的同理心则是万万赶不上的。他目前
更多的是在乎他自己的感受，喜欢谁和不喜欢谁。所以，我才说羡慕啊。

：1. 我确实从小到大都是 “黏糊”、“玻璃心”，这个不好在于每天都要耗费一部分
精力来面对处理自己的负面情绪，用理性告诉自己去辨析真相。幸亏我老公这方面弥补
了我的不足。儿子性格一点都不像我，谢天谢地；我虽然年纪一大把，可还是希望自己
能努力去规避这些负面的东西，给儿子正能量。一位版友说的“细腻”可能是这种性格
里的优点，希望这个能正面地影响到孩子。

regular business hour，有飓风他们想早走，让你提前去，改你们预约的时间，这个
