favor前轮装新胎的是1，但新胎对提高刹车性能影响并不太大
favor后轮装新胎的是4。甩尾不一定发生在雨雪天气，而且更危险，比爆胎难处理多了。
即使对于前驱车来说，5也是有争议的。早点磨掉旧胎换上新胎，也许比长时间开着不
匹配的前后胎更安全。
2/3微不足道，而且并不favor前轮装新胎

发帖数: 1598 | 23 最近实在是忙，一直没有把嘟嘟的两岁生日party的照片整理出来。眼看都要过了
两个月了，横下心把照片整理了出来。再简单分享一下这次party的准备工作和
心得吧！
***地点***
本来原计划是在家旁边的park弄一个BBQ party的。结果当时身体不是很好，
怕自己搞实在吃不消，然后就决定在Little Java‘s bounce house（类似
gymboree 和 chuck e cheese这种kids party place）。里面有各种各样，
各个年龄段的蹦床，还有大小不同的几个party room。嘟嘟平时很喜欢去这里，
所以我们就定了这个地方。 这个包括party room的2小时试用和一个帮忙的工
作人员，场地布置，餐具和饮料。自己可以带蛋糕，cookies和chips，但食品
必须由他们来提供。
***准备工作***
这个算是大工程，我尽量简单的说：
主题和颜色：本来是要给嘟嘟做Minnie mouse的theme的。结果我自己存在
一点小小的私心，想再嘟嘟有自己的小主意之前再按照自己的意思来办一次
party。就选择了我一直想尝试的艳粉＋嫩绿！

校里办一个以中国春节为主体的生日party。每次都是中国特色的书签favor，
还有蛋糕，小吃，食品，布置等等。（是的，一年两个party，伤不起啊，
尤其是上班以后，呵呵）
嘟嘟在新学校的第一个生日party！这个学校对party的要求很严格，除了
蛋糕和水，不能准备别的食品，不能送小朋友favor，蛋糕cupcake也不能
有奶油！所以我就索性定了cookie cake。不过也要感谢严格的要求，让
我省了好多事，还算没太花功夫
不过校长听说favor是带有自己中国名字的书签，就欣然答应了，呵呵。
当然，除了小朋友，每个老师也有一份！
今年是第三次做了，所以已经很熟了，一晚上就搞定了。

embassy got favorable recommendation yesterday. Their letters were received
by DOS on Feb. 28. I guess a least some applicants whose letters were
received on March 4 should get favorable recommendation this weekend or
early next week.
On the bad side, a handful of people whose letters were received on Feb. 3
but didn't get favorable recommendation still stuck there.

1. Too many candidates from one particular country. When diversity is not

the main provisions in the legislation being considered on Capitol Hill.
After a vote on Tuesday, the Senate will now officially begin debate on an
immigration reform bill. The legislation would strengthen border security
and create a path to citizenship for illegal immigrants currently in the

对大部分在美老中而言，能力还起多大作用？最近找工作找的很累，感慨良多，虽然拿
到还不错的offer，又要第N次relocate, 未来充满忐忑和不确定性。在东西海岸都呆过
，对西海岸感触尤其深。找工作过程中看看好多西部tech公司烙印的linkedin, 本科毕
业直接空降到icc, 干几年就到lead, manager职位转成正式的虐来面试的美国名校的
phd们。工作几年只用sql用的得心应手面来应聘data scientist职位的一些冷僻sl命令
，不服不行。
