Fatty, I advise you to buy a good pair of cycling shorts, with at least gel
padding, if you want to keep your crucial part unharmed.
I feel such a different in my daily bike commute, when I worn my lycra woven
gel padded cycling short, compared with just the ordinary pans, or even

我发现回贴只一句话的话常常引起误解, 换来10个灌水贴.
我说狂吃肉的意思是不能吃碳水, 如果饿的话就吃肉/蔬菜水果. 你要是
可以少吃肉更好.
你自己开出来的那个菜单太离谱了, 我觉得(1)肯定不能持
久, (2)非常容易反弹, (3)会破坏你的健康, 到时候搞出什么病比如内分泌失
调你就后悔莫及了. 我就认识一个上海女生过度节食, 吃得就跟你列出的那份
食谱类似, 后来导致内分泌失调, 被迫用激素治疗, 比减肥前更胖而且是那种
不健康的虚胖, 下场很惨.
还有吃肉不能吃肥肉, fatty fish象salmon也最好不要吃
你按Atkins Diet(或者我的简化版hehe), 吃zero carb不用挨饿(稍微控制一下).
再加上低强度长时间的有氧, 是比较安全而很有效的做法.
当然更健康的办法是吃low carb的饮食, 加强锻炼, 这个本版有很多方法哪个都
可以, 都比我说的那个Atkins Diet更健康. 我从下个月开始就要实施了.
当然这个见效不够快. 你现在体重虽然高但是比例还好, 不算离谱, 特别是昨天
奔的第一张看上去挺好的(美女:)). 不着急减肥的话应该慢慢

那个表注明是Carb还是Fat,是给portion control的人参考用的。并不是所有fat
都不能吃的,我们的身体需要一些Essential Fatty Acid,身体不能自己合成,
只能靠从食物中得到。Mitchi's Ladder中前两层的都是好fat。
哑铃的重量因人而异,同为女性,我用的哑铃和你的可能完全不一样。重要的是你
自己的感觉,如Tony在DVD中所说,最后三次要觉得很困难才行。
至于腿粗能不能练细,取决于腿上有没有肥肉。我大腿虽然现在还是很粗,但比第
一次练P90X前细了整整一个英寸。
羡慕你再LA。Beachbody的总部在LA。Tony他们一帮人每周日在Santa Monica的一个

被各种bodybuilding网站洗脑后跟风进了2瓶橄榄油,吃着还行,早上的蒸蛋改成煎蛋了
,速度还快。
但是昨天晚上略微google了一下,发现貌似这东西没有那么神。主要
保健成分mono
unsaturated fat,貌似各种研究说法也不一样。wiki里说反而容易引起insulin resis
tance,对于LDL和HDL的作用,wiki说仍然in debate。相反同样是unsaturated fat,
polyunsaturated fat反而缓解insulin resistance,而且著名的Omega-3 fatty acid
也是polyunsaturated fat,各种抗衰老,抗氧化啥的。。。

turkey, chicken, tuna steak, ahi tuna steak, mahi mahi steak, Atlantic cod,
fat free Greek yogurt / cottage cheese / milk
salmon, beef, lamb and eggs are OK, but not as lean.
tofu is another source of protein, but it's fat/protein ratio is not that
good.豆子 has much more carbs than protein.Neither is efficient source of
protein.
pork is way too fatty. I eat it once a month or so.

俺是凭感觉走的流派。
几年前的cut从188左右降到168,用了4个月,20周左右,一周一磅
起床45分钟cardio自行车。一个小时后早餐(在公司吃)吃6到8个鸡蛋,一小蝶水果(
几粒葡萄,一两块pineapple),一碗steel cut oatmeal, 牛奶,吃到饱!
中餐肉管饱(avoid pork, lamb those fatty protein, beef, children, no
restrictions), 蔬菜管饱,牛奶。
晚餐吃一般正常量。
休息一个半小时候,再去举铁,运动量已举到爬回停车场为标准, 就是和bulk时一个
标准。
总的来说就是吃的饱,不感觉饿,但不用吃得想吐(bulk是就是吃到吐),就能减下来。

You are right, not very likely Lions will make it to SB this season.But
there were many teams who won Superbowl in this fashion, like Tom Brady in
his first playoff year. However I won't compare them to Patriots dynasty yet
. That is why I will only put tiny money on this. If they could just make it
to the playoff, I will be quite happy.
