美国有得天独厚的农业条件，这个国家能够以2-3%的农业人口生产出足够本国消费而又
能大量出口的粮食。这点估计世界上能有与其相比的大国不多。不过，除了这个条件之
外，美国还是对其农业有相当大的投入，这点值得其它国家，尤其是中国好好学习的。
1) 联邦政府的直接给钱
常常听到美国指责其它国家补贴农业，搞不正当的竞争，其实他自身对农业的补贴只多
不少。这个国家虽然农业人口很少，但其影响力还是不小(这点以后谈到农民的组织上
还有讨论)。政府对农业重要性的认识也很关键，所以才能通过farm bill。在民间显然
没有中国那么多叫嚣什么不需要耕地和农业或者盖楼种地的NC。
美国一些农业的补贴是直接给钱。这个相对于不同的作物而言，一般而言主要是大田作

选在11月中旬,旅游淡季.在大岛呆了五个白天，进出都是在西边的Kona机场，Waikoloa
呆了两晚，Hilo两晚，Kailua-Kona一晚。时间如果紧的话行程还可压缩，见最后的三
日精华游安排。当然既然是度假，一般没必要那么赶，即使在酒店呆上一整天游泳晒太
阳也挺好。

你对美国大城市的摆摊管理应该有所了解。在美国的大城市，除了Manhattan这类中心
商业区，绝大多数住宅区附近摆摊并没有什么限制。你可以随便找个住宅区附近转转，
问问那些Taco stand，Ice Cream Van, Farmers' market, Lemonade Stand, Yard
Sale, 他们有什么执照。性质上，这些才是和路边摊卖菜有可比性的。尤其是Farmers'
Market。我建议你观察观察Farmers' Market都在什么地方，如何管理，是否需要执照
。另外，我想你也碰到过，节日前后，住宅区路口往往会有摆卖鲜花，摆设，地毯一类
的小商贩。不妨想象一下，美国警察去踢翻个Farmers' Market stand, Lemonade
Stand 会是什么局面。
