的配方是商业机密我们看不到。

AFE猜测跟普通mobil1一样。另外不同的标号，配方也不同，你得看你关心的标号的油
。比如如果你看0w20的AFE（或者普通的mobil1），section3里面会说
1-DECENE, HOMOPOLYMER HYDROGENATED 30%-40%
而0w20的EP是
1-DECENE, HOMOPOLYMER HYDROGENATED 60%-70%
这个1-DECENE, HOMOPOLYMER HYDROGENATED就是ExxonMobil家做的POA（group iv）
base stock，纯合成。不保证5w30也有这么大的差异。

有那么几个公司里头的，比如97、98号，工程与材料学科，都是exxonmobil工作3年不
到，也算凤毛麟角了， 不晓得他们是不是真的放弃exxonmobil的收入全职回国的？去
的好像也不是一线大学。有认识的说说看？ |

入美孚公司。
更何况，02年回去，有绿卡，肯吃苦2年，能提供真正的技术。。。。。
exxonmobil的待遇好的很，基本上进去的都是一辈子的工作。
面试的时候是加长林肯接送，401K是投6%公司match 7%，同时还有pension(没几家公司还有了），薪水也是石油公司中的翘楚。
这种人物本来就稀少，留在美国也是无忧无虑一辈子。只不过自己去挑战了自己一下而已。 |

中越将签署解决南海争端的原则协议
中国和越南在解决两国南海岛屿主权及经济海域争议的问题上似乎开始打破僵局，双方
将签署一份解决南海争端的原则协议。越南外交部发言人阮芳娥21日证实了这一消息。
阮芳娥在河内的一个新闻发布会上透露，越南总理阮晋勇在本周会见来访的中国副外长
张志军时，双方“同意签署一份解决南海争端的纲要性原则协议”。这份文件将作为在
联合国有关公约框架内“解决具体问题的基础”。据她说，这个原则协议目前还在讨论
之中，但很快就可以签署。
奇怪的是，越南方面证实上述信息之后，中国官方当天未见发布任何有关中越达成原则
协议的消息。有关协议的细节和具体签署时间也不得而知，但据说该协议将作为2002年

你在德州或加州?
机会成本。我看到的回国机会，初期大部分工资要腰斩，包括拿风投自己创业的。
expat除外。以后的发展还靠个人能力和机遇吧。
稍微展开一下，现在回国的很多去了高校，感觉还是老黄牛啊，还是发虚无缥缈paper
的牛。第一波千青里面还有两个美国ExxonMobil的员工回去当老师了。这两个小伙子干
几年年薪200k肯定没问题啊。脑袋被门夹了?不是不能回国，只是回国当老师拿那点儿
钱，那点儿机会太不值了。
小孩的问题我们也不知道。子非鱼是吧。

那就不说两桶油最evil了，就说比较evil。
其他行业我不清楚。
石油行业，两桶油的成本比exxonmobil, shell, chevron要低。
但中国汽油价格高，两桶油吸中国百姓的血，得到大量利润，
转移给官员阶层，吃喝玩乐。
两桶油内部非常腐败。
进口大豆便宜，使百姓吃上了便宜的油。 |
