请问如果广告上写 sth like "Must have 2 years exprience, exprience requires A
, B, C and D."
而我在现公司工作半年， 之前有1.5年A, B, C, D经验, 再之前有0.5年D经验, 符不符
合广告标准？
另外我在OPT期间有两份on campus paid part-time工作，和专业相关，但不很符合广
告里
的要求，是不是就没有必要写在questionnaire里了？

知道你特么在小公司工作，也许想跳回学术界，但是张口骂人就没必要了吧。
我自己就在我们行业不错的industry research lab短期工作过。
我的回复是针对的是lz的情况。lz说他现在找不到学校的职位，那么去了工业届
publication只会更差是事实。至于其他人说的从工业届回来的那些人。
说真的，那都是极少数情况，这种一般是两种情况：
1. 当年如果不去工业届，也能找到教职。只是可能没能去心仪的学校，或者其他原因
去了工业届。
2. 在工业界做到很senior的职位，领导大团队，做大项目。团队的结果都可以算到自
己的credit上。问题是大公司里面的人乌泱乌泱的，有几个人能做到senior?
学校招聘当然欢迎industry exprience，但是前提是你的CV不能比其他人差，industry
experience是加分项。 |

最近我找工作还算顺利，通过了几个电面，他们通知我on site以后要background
checking，我才意识到我把我已经辞职的工作写成一直干到现在可能会有问题。
1.大家说background checking肯定不只是查犯罪或者drug吧，肯定还会查我的working
exprience吧？
2.查处来我去年就离职了，算不算是“事实与简历不符”？问题严重么？
3.如果我在on site的时候跟公司改称我刚刚辞职，会不会好一点？就是说我承认现在
没有在干florida的工作，但是确实做过这个工作，只不过时间很短，这样说能不能弥
补？
