觉得现在PwC对内控的理解和实施有重大缺陷
和Phoenix的PwC搞了快3年了,觉得他们现在对内控的理解以及相对的实施procedure有
重大缺陷.
不知道是不是其他pwC其他office也这样,原来和North Carolina的PwC搞过,好像不是这
样的.
现在每次搞Sox test, 发现一个exception后就搞的很大. pwC是(要我们)这么处理的:
1. 发现一个错误,你必须假设所有和这个错误相关的account都是错误的,就是所谓的
maximum exposure是多少.
2. 然后用其他有效的controls来减少这个maximum exposure. 这些有效的control可以
叠加.

有一个关于研究控制血压药物的实验的data set。 里面的variables有两个分别记录了
对药物的exposure date和每次测量blood pressure对应的lab date.
因为实验条件限制，blood pressure lab date和exposure date不是在同一天。lab
date比exposure date频繁很多。
需要做得事情：get summary statistics(mean, sd) for the blood pressure values
for each exposure date, using all of the blood pressure values that were
taken the day after that exposure date up till and including the day of the
next exposure day.
怎么可以用proc sql把in between two exposure dates的lab date选择出来？

因为你错了也不会承认的。Hotzenplotz大人看就好了。
首先最重要的是，IIHS给的那个rate本来就是death per million exposure；其次，
IIHS说“Death rates are adjusted for driver age and gender”这个我们现在忽略
，所以后面会出现非整数的死亡总数。
然后老色狼的公式是
死亡率*Exposure/100万／年数 = 一个平均每年的百万rate
是这样么？他这个数字实际上是“平均每个年份的车型死了几个人”，根本没有考虑任
何基数！连保有量，exposure之类的都不考虑了。当然车子卖得越多在路上暴露的
越多死得越多。举例来说
Camry的rate是39（也就是说39 per million exposure），涉及2012-14三年的车型，
一共exposure是2,256,106（平均每个年份车型暴露750000），所以三个年份车型
死亡总数是
