you about what types of x-rays were taken, what the effective doses are (in
microSivert) and who is responsible. You should request and keep copies of
all the x-rays taken.

航空系从今年5月以来基本上就是ranging,所有的大航空股大概只有LUV是一枝独秀的。
主要原因有以下几条：
1.油价下跌，这个是利好因素
2.欧洲经济不行，所以对exposure欧洲比较多的航空股是利空(大航空里只有LUV
exposure最少)
3.Ebola，这个是短期利空，估计形成不了长期影响
综合起来就变成震荡没方向了
下面再谈点关于操股的原则。
目前比较普遍的有两种说法，一种是buy low sell high;还有一种是buy high sell
low.这两种说法其实是出发点不同。前一种是针对个股的，每只股票buy low sell
high才能挣到钱，反之就亏钱了。后一种是针对portfolio management的，强者恒强，
let profit run and cut loss quick，目前是主流的投资组合经理所采用的。当然具
体什么时候buy什么时候sell很有讲究。一般buy是基于top-down fundamentals,就是根

有保险”，只是有人发话，譬如jpmorgan的说，他们的energy sector exposure不大，
就是油公司开始default，也不会影响大局。
另外看了一篇文章，说08次贷危机时候，银行总借贷exposure的大概三分之一来自房地
产，而现在平均下来银行贷款上只有3-5啪在油公司。大概是这么个数量关系吧 具体数
字记不清楚了。
还是油先解藕吧。不然其他的都难说。前面有人说银行基金啥的纷纷出来说我们能源这
块的exposure都有保险，blabla这个听上去很玄啊 |

我最近忽悠了几个local runner来做高精度骨结构扫描，看到一些有意思的结果。样本
很小，就4个（还加上我自己）。3个的trabecular bone (松质骨)结构和正常人有差异
，主要体现在有变粗变大的骨小梁，并且成片连接在一起。初步估计，在开始过长时间
，过大负荷的给予骨头Loading,unloading，造成了非常小的microfracture,
microdamage，恢复后就形成了microcallus(骨痂）。唯一一个跑完骨头一点事没有的
，当当当当，就是我们的兽人tonyprince同学。
下面按顺序是：1.vivil：我的只显示有很小的一点异常，在接近左下cortical bone（
硬质骨）的地方。
2. vivil+1，明显比我的问题要多。他头两次全马脚踝疼痛难忍，估计是有原因的。

我的第一套，确切的说，是一套半，也是我目前为止唯一专门为滑雪买的衣服，也是co
lumbia。columbia在普通老百姓眼里，和TNF一样，都算是名牌了(当然早年的TNF比
columbia专业多了，后来TNF开始走了下坡路，反倒是columbia收购了mountain
hardwear之后，把日常消费和高端户外运动市场都占了），不过，columbia在专业户外
运动里排不上号。
作为入门的衣服，columbia的滑雪服对付一般的天气也算是足够了。之所以说是一
套半，是因为有两件裤子，一件上衣。第一件columbia的滑雪裤是从amazon买的，十块
钱，不带insulation，water resistent（其实就是基本不防水），只能在风和日丽的
条件下穿，另一件稍微好点，30块钱，多了insulation，可以在冷一些的时候穿，仍然
不防水。 上衣稍微贵了一点，70左右，不防水，但是下雪天用没问题，双层。这件衣
服我曾经用来登山穿了一年左右，不过都是在好天气的条件下。
这些衣服都有5年左右的历史了，在天气好的时候，雪场内仍然是我的主力滑雪服。

不用margin相当于2倍leverage，等于$20000 exposure
如果你老上两倍到三倍margin,就是四万到六万的exposure
也是说外婆就外婆的
这上头你还要付
1）spread (ETF 的spread 很大）
2) 两万 margin 利息
3）commision
4）ETF decay 这种ultra的还有利息的decay
倒过来，你老trade fx的话,同样是六万exposure,
你老出6000就可以了，如果你帐上是一万的话
比起上面
1）很小spread，一般是1毛1oz金，2分1oz银，万分之一都不到
2) 你老short 6万，你可以挣6万+4千的利息（各broker情况不同）
（如果你short其他货币要付其他货币的rate，但比margin 利息低多了，
金银不知道，lease rate也没多少，就算要也不会高。）
（这招又叫interest rate arbitrage,如果你long的比short的利息高）
3) 0 commision
4）没decay

测光，这跟用来调整white balance的18%卡可以用同一个吧？
第二个问题，无论是18%灰度卡用来测光还是设置wb，都不需要对焦是不是？
第三个问题，各位摄影的前辈，你们经常会设置白平衡吗？是用18%灰度卡手动设置，
还是就用那几个相机自带的模式，还是一般就用自动的？不可能总用Raw吧。
第四个问题，understanding exposure书里讲到一个例子，如果对白雪测光，得到灰色
的雪，用18%灰度卡正确的设置exposure以后，得到白雪。我想如果用灰度卡来设置WB
，然后用这个WB，对白雪测光，拍出来也应该是白色的吧。但这两种方法之间有什么联
系吗？

Universal Inverted Dome Cloud Diffusion System (Frosted)
I use this as my last resort, which means I will only use this when I cannot
use a larger modifier. This will give you better result than direct on
camera flash.
There item comes in with two parts,
