老队主报名截止时间：美东8月8日中午12点。
有意参加今年MFL的新队主可以在此跟帖，进入 waiting list。

swing harder/faster. all those long hitting kids went through path like this
. it will increase your joint mobility and rotational explosive strength at
the same time. i don't think other exercise helps as much.
however, increase your general strength will have cross training effect on

1)push (any of the push type moves: bench press, push up, military press,
handstand push)
2)pull
3)hip and knee dominant moves
4)rotate
cover both max strength and explosive strength:
use 3-5RM slow tense move, then do explosive version:
punch, jab for 1)push
swing for 2) pull
jump for 3)
rotation jump , sweeping kick, hook, cross, or golf swing/baseball swing for 4) |

several conditions (i.e. necessary change in many aspects).
IMO, we are not too far away to be a team that contend for bigten title in a
yearly base. We only need a good DC and good scheme, and a good kicker (or
a good special team coach that can coach a kicker). The DC/scheme thing, i
am not sure. The kicker thing, i think we will have it next year for sure.

出explosive play原因也就几个，球员不给力，对过防守太给力，自身跑攻实力不济，
跑攻数不够。20次的passing对那个nc的qb来说，太多。50次平均4yard都不到跑攻，太
少。都说running多了wear D的体力，不把D托跨，很难跑出big play。
最后还想对wisky说一句，换了qb吧，不要总是10打12，还有，把我的wb还给我。。。

另外据说现在Gunzerker双持有bug，如果拿两把同样元素伤害的武器双持的话，其中一
把枪的伤害会嫁接到另一把枪上。于是现在就有人一手拿explosive 火箭筒，一手拿
explosive SMG，然后双持就有SMG的射速加火箭筒的伤害。要是你们捡到这两种武器的

比如说
不到 １８０就能跳起来抓住蓝筐;
or 100m sprint under 12 seconds
or ６米宽的小溪一越而过
or ３ 到４米高的围墙一个助跑把住和翻过
or hit golf driver shot to 300 yards...
不过powerlifting 能达到WARREN这水平, 业余中基本上非常少见. 至于 explosive
power, 我想只要 warren want to train power, he can get tremendous power too.

常有用

看懂的高手解释下是咋个产生explosive decompression?产生的力是继续向前推?如果
是一直往前推接近天宫，为什么要读数或者判断距离操作?我记得当时的镜头是降落伞
当时也在空间打开,不是往前推而是降速了,然后stone彪出来用气筒.所以对降落伞在空

打开hatch，因为soyuz里面有空气，所以产生了explosive decompression，气体向外
explosion的时候stone被这个力向外拉出去向天宫飞去。因为Soyuz没有燃料，stone是
利用着落火箭的动力向天宫飞去，这个火箭是一次性的，无法再调整方向，只能大致向
天宫飞去。
所以stone飞出Soyuz以后用灭火器来调整方向。
这时候天宫已经开始向地球坠落，有强气流，再加上新一波卫星碎片来袭。增加了
stone进入天宫的难度。

post rock是当时很流行的音乐形式。具体特点我说不好，但无一例外的都是器乐为主，
